The Role Involves: Identifying the needs of the business and finding the right people, yearly
appraisals, career planning, induction and training, recruitment and termination, negotiations with
unions, compliances required under labour laws applicable to factories and establishments, giving
feedback to senior management. For example, the role may involve:
Designing training programs internal and external
Mapping missing competencies and planning to fulfil them
Onboarding employees
Dealing with management of diversity and equity, arranging town halls
Working on improving appraisal systems.
A good understanding of behavioural science, recruitment, motivation, appraisals and labour laws is
required.
Job location: Our factories in Thane, near Allahabad in UP, Hoshiarpur in Punjab and our offices in
Mumbai.
