Greetings of peace and prosperity!

The Philippine National Police has geared towards adapting a comprehensive, fast, convenient and reliable
system for issuance of Police Clearance nationwide. It is in this context that Lugait Municipal Police Station
is preparing for the implementation as it has received the necessary system and equipment for the
issuance of National Police Clearance within the municipality.

In connection thereof, I am reaching out as our partner stakeholders in promoting peace and order, that we
are in dire need of a canopy, chairs and a table at the police clearance processing area within the PNP
Building premises. This request is anchored to improve comfort and convenience of the applicants as often
having to endure harsh weather conditions while waiting in line. Further, it also contributes to a more
organized and efficient process for those seeking police clearance.

I believed that this initiative that will greatly benefit our community and we sincerely hope for your support in
making this possible.
