of the weather. Now can someone
raise the hand and volunteer to roll
this in front of your classmates?

- You're going to roll this dice and


tell me what types of weather is that, - Starts rolling the dice*
give me and your classmates some
ideas.

- On rainy day, what are those - Teacher, rainy day

B. Explore

-Since we're done with our first activity


let's proceed into our second activity, I
will distribute this envelope. Inside of
this envelope are those weather we
discussed earlier.

I will divide you into five groups, you


will arrange and find another piece of
weather to other groups. After you
finish that go in front and paste it into
the board.

- Now proceed to your groupmates.


- open the envelope and I’ll give you - Students are start counting.
2minutes to arrange the puzzle. The
first group to paste the puzzle on the
board will have a star as a reward.

- Group 2 got the sunny day,


- Time is up! group 3 the stormy day,group 5
windy day, group 4 the cloudy
day and group 1 the rainy day

- group 2 are the first group who


posted the activity into the
- Let's give a clap to group 2 they board, the second is group 3,
are the first group who posted third is group 5, the fourth is
the activity into the board. group 4 and last group the group
1.

- Okay group 2 can you tell to us


what you posted on the board? - Yeheey, *clapping

- Next, group 3 - Sunny day, teacher

- Execellent !

- How about the group 5? - We puzzle stormy day, teacher.

C. Explain - It’s all about the weather

- So, what do you mean by Weather?


- Weather is the state of the
atmosphere at a particular time and
place.

- There are 5 different kinds of


weather:
- Students are listening
- Sunny day – the sun shining
brightly and the sky is clear.
- Rainy day - when clouds gets
too heavy they fall as rain.
- Stormy day- sometimes winds
are very strong and there is
much rain.
- Cloudy day- when clouds covers
a big part of the sky
- Windy day- moving air is called
wind.

Let's do a hands-on activity, using this
chalk and group that we set earlier.
Each of the group will write the name
of the weather beside each picture.
