🎤 Opening & Welcome


Aniket: Good morning everyone! I’m Aniket, and it’s a pleasure to welcome you all to the
Virtual Prize Distribution Ceremony of Technophilia ’25.

Sneha: And I’m Sneha, your co-host for today. We’re excited to celebrate the innovative
energy that Technophilia brought together!

Aniket: Technophilia '25 is proudly organized by the Spark Club of MIT Academy of
Engineering, under the School of Electrical Engineering.

Sneha: Join us for this National Level Poster Presentation & Project Competition, where
innovation meets creativity. Showcasing the brilliance of young minds, this event is a
platform for sharing ideas, learning, and connecting.

🔔 This is a calendar event that takes place every year in the months of March and April. We
highly encourage everyone to participate again in the upcoming editions to keep the spirit
of innovation alive!

🙏 Prayer to Begin
Aniket: Before we begin, let us pause for a moment of silence to offer a prayer — for
knowledge, growth, and success.

🎓 Dean’s Address – Dr. Dipti Sakhare


Sneha: We are honored to have with us Dr. Dipti Sakhare, Dean of MITAOE — a true pillar of
guidance and support for our academic and extracurricular pursuits.

Aniket: Ma’am, we warmly invite you to take the virtual stage and share a few words of
encouragement with our participants.

🏆 Prize Distribution Begins!


Aniket: And now, the moment we’ve all been waiting for — the Prize Distribution
Ceremony! With a total prize pool of ₹16,000, let’s recognize the brightest minds and most
impactful ideas.

🔹 1. Poster Presentation
🥈 First Runner-Up – Team Gen AI
Sneha: The first runner-up in the Poster Competition is Team Gen AI from MIT Academy of
Engineering.
Aniket: Their poster, titled ‘Arrhythmia Detection Using Machine Learning’, was led by
Aditya Ganeshe. Team Gen AI, please give us a brief insight into your project.

Sneha: Thank you so much for sharing your work with us — and congratulations on
winning the 1st Runner-Up position!

🥇 Winner – Team Phoenix


Aniket: The winner of the Poster Presentation category is Team Phoenix from JAIN
University, led by Rahul G. Mohite.
Sneha: Their poster was titled ‘Magnetic Field-Controlled Charging Stations for Electric
Vehicles’. Team Phoenix, we’d love to hear a quick summary of your idea.

🔹 2. Diploma Project Presentation


🥇 Winner – Team LISA VocalTech
Sneha: The winner is Team LISA VocalTech from University Women's Polytechnic, AMU, led
by Kashish Khushi.
Aniket: Their project is titled ‘LISA: A Voice Controlled Lift’. Team, please share a brief
insight into your idea.

Sneha: That’s truly innovative — thank you for sharing your concept. Congratulations on
winning the diploma category!

🔹 3. Degree Project Presentation


🥉 Second Runner-Up – Team The Blue Algorithms
Aniket: Our second runner-up is Team The Blue Algorithms, from Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues
College of Engineering, Bandra, led by Chaitanya B. Rele.
Sneha: Their project is ‘GeoSentinel: A SaaS platform for climate monitoring and
environmental insights’. Team, please give us a quick overview of your idea.

🥈 First Runner-Up – Team Delta


Sneha: The first runner-up is Team Delta from Ajeenkya DY Patil School of Engineering,
Pune, led by Shivraj Jagtap.
Aniket: Their project, ‘Smart Nutrient Calculator’, focused on precision agriculture. Team
Delta, the stage is yours — please tell us a bit about it.

Sneha: That was insightful — thank you for presenting and congratulations!

🥇 Winner – Team Whatever


Aniket: The winner is Team Whatever from PCCOE, Ravet, Pune — led by Aditya Deshmukh.
Sneha: Their project, ‘Implementation of MFCC Speech Feature Extraction’, stood out for its
practical approach and technical depth. Team, please share a brief insight with us.

Aniket: Thank you so much for that — and congratulations on winning the top spot!

🔔 Note: The prizes were considered by evaluating diploma and degree entries separately —
with 3 awards in the degree category, 1 in diploma, and 2 for poster presentations.

📧 Winners, please send your account details to the official Spark Club email ID as soon as
possible.

🕒 The prize money will be credited within 3–4 working days from the time we receive your
account information.

📝 Don’t forget to fill the feedback forms — this is essential for receiving your certificates.

📜 Certificates will only be issued to participants who actually presented their ideas during
the event. Teams who were absent during their slot will not receive any participation
certificates.

👏 Closing Remarks & Gratitude


Sneha: That brings us to the end of a fantastic event. A big congratulations to all winners
and heartfelt thanks to every team that participated and shared their innovative ideas with
us.

Aniket: A huge round of appreciation for our jury, faculty, and the Spark Club team for
