Level: A1–A2

Hour 1 – Music & Entertainment Vocabulary


1. Warm-up – Music Poll (10 min)
- Ask students: 'What kind of music do you like?'
- Tally votes on the board to make a class music chart.

2. Snapshot Discussion (10 min)


- Analyze the pie chart: 'What’s the most popular kind of music?'
- Ask and discuss in groups: 'Do you like R&B?' 'What’s your favorite kind of music?'

3. Word Power – Vocabulary Activity (20 min)


- Students complete the entertainment chart (TV shows, Movies, Music).
- Group game: Vocabulary Race – each group writes as many related words as possible in
each category.

4. Pair Practice – What do you like? (20 min)


- Practice asking: 'Do you like romantic comedies?' 'Do you like country music?'
- Use book section C as a guide.

Hour 2 – Grammar: Present Simple + Object Pronouns
