Item Description
shows:
Shows the content of the cumulative power-ON time counter of the inverter. Counter
range: 0 to 65,535 hours
Display: Upper 2 digits and lower 3 digits are displayed alternately.

5_00 Cumulative run time


Example:
0 ⇔ 535h (535 hours)
65 ⇔ 535h (65,535 hours)
The lower 3 digits are displayed with h (hour). When the count exceeds 65,535, the
counter will be reset to “0” and start over again.

5_01 DC link bus voltage


Shows the DC link bus voltage of the inverter main circuit.
Unit: V (volts)
Shows the maximum temperature inside the inverter for every hour.
Max. temperature inside the Unit: °C (Temperatures below 20°C are displayed as 20°C.)
5_02 inverter The internal temperature is not measured at inverters of
FRN0069E2■-2 / FRN0044E2■-4 / FRN0011E2■-7 or below models, and therefore
the temperature is not displayed.

Shows the maximum temperature of the inverter heat sink for every hour.

5_07 Cumulative run time of the cooling

This counter does not work when the cooling fan ON/OFF control (function code H06) is
enabled and the fan stops.
The display method is the same as for 5_06 above.
Shows the content of the motor 1 startup counter (i.e., the number of run commands
issued).
Counter range: 0 to 65,530 times
5_08 Number of startups Display range: 0 to 9999
If the count exceeds 10,000, the x10 LED turns ON and the LED monitor shows
one-tenth of the value.
When the count exceeds 65,530, the counter will be reset to “0” and start over again.
Shows the input watt-hour of the inverter.
Display range: *001 to 9999
5_09 Input watt-hour Input watt-hour = Displayed value × 100 kWh
To reset the integrated input watt-hour and its data, set function code E51 to “0.000.”
When the input watt-hour exceeds 999,900 kWh, the counter will be reset to “0.”

Shows the value expressed by “input watt-hour (1.000=100 kWh) × E51 (whose data
range is 0.000 to 9,999).”
Unit: None (Display range: *001 to 9999. The count cannot exceed 9999. (It will be fixed

Depending on the value of integrated input watt-hour data, the decimal point on the
LED monitor shifts to show it within the LED monitors’ resolution.

Changing and Writing the Program to the Keypad or Drive

Change the needed function codes by clicking on the value in the Setting value
column and editing to new value.
When all the necessary function codes have been changed click the WRITE… button.
The Options in writing function code data into Inverter (or Keypad) pop up window will
appear. Select the Write all function code data option and click OK.
The Communicating window will appear while Loader writes to the Inverter or Keypad.
When this is complete you may disconnect the keypad.

Keypad firmware 1600 or later is required to write directly to keypad.


Save the Program
Click File on the top ribbon and scroll down to Save or Save As.

You can save the file as an (*.FNC) file that may be re-opened and reused in Loader 3.3 or you
can select a (*.CSV) file to review the program in a spread sheet.
Writing the Program to the Inverter from the Keypad

Requires Keypad Firmware version 1600 or Later.

1. Press the PRG/Reset key to enter the menus.

2. Use the Up and down Arrow keys to scroll to Menu 7 cpy

3. With Menu 7 cpy displayed on the LED display press FUNC/DATA.

4. Press the UP Arrow key once to display copy.

5. With copy on the LED display Press FUNV/DATA.

6. The LED display will begin flashing while the program is copying to Ace. When the
display reads end the process is complete remove the RJ-45 connection and proceed to the
next drive.
