EMCEE SCRIPT – CARD DAY EVENT

INTRODUCTION

Good afternoon, everyone! I hope you’re all having a fantastic day! It is truly a pleasure to welcome each and every one of you
to this much-awaited Card Day here at HOLY FAMILY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION. Today is not just about receiving report cards;
it’s a moment of reflection, celebration, and partnership between students, teachers, and parents.

We are gathered here to recognize the hard work, dedication, and achievements of our students. This day also serves as an
opportunity for parents and guardians to connect with teachers, gain insights into their child's progress, and work together in
guiding them toward success.

So, let’s make this day meaningful and engaging! Without further ado, let’s officially start our program.

"To begin our program, may we request everyone to rise for the opening prayer to be led by Sir Ivan John Guanco

(Pause for prayer)

"Thank you. Please remain standing for the singing of our national anthem, to be led by Maam Sheryel Gutlay

(Pause for flag ceremony)

Next, to formally acknowledge the presence of our dedicated parents here with us, I would like to call on Sir Yhel for the
acknowledgment of attendance."

"Thank you, Sir Yhel. We appreciate the strong support from all the parents here today, which truly makes a difference.

"Alright, everyone! It's time to shake off and bring in the energy! To get us all moving and energized, let’s welcome our dynamic
and enthusiastic facilitators—Ma’am Divina, Ma’am Sheryel and ma’am Kath! Let’s give them a big round of applause!"

"Next, let’s talk about an event that is highly anticipated by our students and parents— the Graduation Day! To give us details
regarding attire, we have Ma’am Ruth and Ma’am Toni."

"Thank you! Now, for details on graduation fees: And, of course, an important part of the announcement— the date and venue
of graduation, as well as the deadline of payments and other important concerns. Let’s listen carefully as SiR Harold provides us
with these details."

"As part of today’s gathering, we also want to acknowledge and recognize the hard work of our class advisers. They have been
instrumental in guiding our students throughout this school year."

character of our students!"

your child's respective homeroom teacher for the distribution of report cards."
