Visually check all relays and meters for removal of shipping blocks and for
16 mechnical damage ensure their range against approved drawing inspect calibration
testing and setting for each relays and meter .

Visually check name plates of CTs and PTs and ensure their ratio accuracy.class and
17 proper grounding against approved drawing ,test their polarity and ratio at three
points on the characteristics curve submitted by the manufacture recommendation

18 Test and witness I.R. value of the power and control bus
19 Test and Witness High pot tests.as specified
20 Ensure tightness of connection of control wiring
21 Check phasing & phase sequence between bus section and incomer
Inspect secondry injection & check the breaker tripping of C.B through protection
22 relays
Inspect primary injection & check the breaker tripping through protective relays
23 check ammeter voltmeter power lector indication etc.
Switch on AC & DC control supply check the sequence of operation of breakers
electricity local and remote interlock ensure proper alarm and annuciation and
24 indication in MCC/Control panel auto change-over should be ensured verify tripping
of breakers at 70% of nominal control voltage

Ensure thorough cleaning removal of temporary spacers supports any foreign
13 materials and dusting the panels
Verify the correctness in accordance with the drawing of all type of relays, test
14 blocks, control switches , meters and instruments motor starters fuse space heaters
etc
Check name plate for each breaker inspect and test the operating mechanics
15 interlocks with proper functioning of relays contacts are chutes auxiliry devices and
adjustments as required
Visually check all relays and meters for removal of shipping blocks and for
16 mechnical damage ensure their range against approved drawing inspect calibration
testing and setting for each relays and meter .

Visually check name plates of CTs and PTs and ensure their ratio accuracy.class and
17 proper grounding against approved drawing ,test their polarity and ratio at three
points on the characteristics curve submitted by the manufacture recommendation

18 Test and witness I.R. value of the power and control bus
19 Test and Witness High pot tests.as specified
20 Ensure tightness of connection of control wiring
21 Check phasing & phase sequence between bus section and incomer
