Lesson Plan_ My Phonics Level 1 Lesson 1

Class 1st Class (1 hour)

2. The students can get the concept of “sound” ,know the letter has different
sound in the words.

Procedure In the Class Materials


Warm-up Play a little game or sing an easy song that most kids are
(3 mins) familiar with, for example: the alphabet song,

Introduction 1 the capital letter and the small letter of Aa Bb Cc Dd


(5 mins) 1) Teacher shows the hand writing of these four letters one by
one.

2) ask the kids to trace the letters with their finger, and point out
which is the capital letter, which is the small letter.
Practice 1 Game1 -----match the capital and small letter. Letters
