CLASS RULES AND REGULATIONS
 Attendance and punctuality is part of the
student’s performance since it is part of
their job role/responsibility.
 GradingSystem adheres to the policies
governing assessment and certification
procedure contained in the TR for WTR.
(TESDA Circular No.4, series of 2011)
 Traineesare expected to obey CLASS
RULES AND REGULATIONS and to
act in accordance with the acceptable
norms of democratic society.

 Trainees are expected to maintain and


respect their fellow trainees and to all
institute personnel.
 Trainees
are required to dress appropriately
and decently at all times. Unusual, offensive
or indecent clothing and/or manner of
grooming is strictly prohibited.

 Trainees are expected to maintain the


cleanliness and orderliness of the premises
of the institute. The trash can should be used
in disposing all forms of refuse.
COMPETENCY-BASED TRAINING
 Itis a training delivery approach that
focuses on the competency development of
the learner as a result of the training;
 Emphasizes most on what the learner can
actually do;
 Focuses on outcomes rather than the
learning process within specified time;
 It is concerned with the attainment and
application of knowledge, skills and
attitude to a specific level of competency.
 Competency involves applying knowledge,
skills and attitude to perform work activities
to the standard expected in the workplace.
Competencies are gained through:
 Life Experience
 Formal Education
 Apprenticeship
 On-the-Job Experience
 Self-Help Programs
 Training and Development Programs
