Ano ang ibig sabihin ng DAR logo?

Ang DAR logo ay nagpapakita ng acronym na


kinakatawan ang institusyon at ang pangunahin
nitong bahaging dapat gampanan bilang
pangunahing tanggapan sa pagpapatupad ng
Pinalawak na Programa sa Repormang Pansakahan
(CARP). Ang haring araw ay sinisinagan ang
luntiang bukid na nahahati sa 12 bahagi na
kinakatawan ang orihinal na 12 rehiyon ng ating
bansa na sakop ng programa. Ang luntian ay
sumisimbolo sa mayabong o matabang lupa at ang
dilaw ay pag-asa at masaganang ani para sa mga
taga-pakinabang ng programa na nakinabang sa
mga paglilingkod ng DAR sa pamamagitan ng CARP.
Ang parehong kulay ay nagpapahiwatig ng
Mandate o Utos
Ang Kagawaran ng Repormang Pansakahan
o DAR ay nangunguna sa pagpapatupad ng
Pinalawak na Programa sa Repormang
Pansakahan o CARP sa pamamagitan ng
pagpapabuti ng kalagayan sa lupa (land
tenure improvement), katarungang pang-
agraryo (agrarian justice) at pagbibigay ng
magkatugmang lubhang kailangang
suportang serbisyo sa mga kliyenteng
benepisyaryo

Guidelines in the FORMATION,
ORGANIZATION and OPERATION
of the BARANGAY AGRARIAN
REFORM COMMITTEE (BARC)
Functions of the BARC
• Mediate and conciliate between parties involved in
agrarian disputes
• Assist in the identification of qualified beneficiaries
and landowners within the barangay;
• Attest to the accuracy of the initial parcellary
mapping of the beneficiaries tillage;
• Assist qualified beneficiaries in obtaining credit
from lending institutions;
Functions of the BARC
• Assist in the initial determination of the value of
the land;
• Assist the DAR representative in the preparation
of periodic reports on the CARP implementation
for submission to the DAR;
• Coordinate the delivery of support services to
beneficiaries.

BARC

least 15 days before the conduct of Field Investigation

BARC will join the Field Investigation and certify jointly with
the MARO and LBP Representatives as to the correctness
and truth of the contents of the Field Investigation Report
(CARP LAD Form No. 23)

BARC will assist the MARO in the gathering of information


on the potential beneficiaries

After the required 15-day period of posting, BARC will issue


a Certificate of Posting Compliance (CARP-LAD Form 26)

beneficiaries and other concerned parties, and
undertake the following:
1. Explain in the local dialect the qualifications, rights,

preliminary list
3. Assist the potential beneficiaries in the filling-up of the
Beneficiary Application Form
4. Discuss issues and concerns on qualification of
potential ARBs and those signifying intention to be
included
