INTRODUCTION
Research is a systematic process of finding evidence to support a
knowledge claim. It involves a variety of methods, including
observation, experimentation and logical reasoning, which are used
to gather data.
Researchers work to develop new concepts and ideas that are
relevant, useful and practical. They also explore gaps in current
knowledge to identify needs for more research and improve how
people think about a problem.
