"Channel Sampling": Forms & Checklist

This document describes channel sampling conducted in the Pitbadak area of Beruak. 9 coal samples were taken from a channel at depths of 200-1000 cm below surface. Laboratory analysis found the coal samples to have total moisture contents ranging from 28.2-29.6%, ash contents of 1.77-2.9%, and calorific values ranging from 5380-5564 kcal/kg. The lithology consisted of black, dull coal with intensive cleating.
