Thermo King Electronic Parts Catalog (TK EPC)
The TK EPC application allows you to search for and view part information from Thermo
King parts catalogs. From searches and viewing grid details you can view an image of the
grid, generate Pick Lists and manage notes concerning the selected grid.

Search for and View Model and Part Information

The search function of TK EPC mimics a catalog, with model being books and grids being
chapters. Search filters on the search screen allow you to narrow your search.

1. Select the needed

search parameter
(model name, part
number, etc.) by
clicking the radio
button to the left of the
parameter.

2. Type the search

criteria into the search
field.

Search criteria must

match TK EPC
nomenclature,
including hyphens. All
searches are wild card
enabled, so using a
wild-card character (*)
is not necessary.

Notice that all parameters require a certain number of characters to complete a search
(stated in red beneath the search field). Your search results will be narrower if you use
more characters. The ‘Search’ button will remain disabled until you enter the minimum
number of required characters.

NOTE: The Search page allows you to view your Pick Lists, or personalized lists of
Thermo King parts. To access, navigate to the top right of the screen and click the Pick
List icon ( ). Refer to the ‘To access existing Pick Lists’ section for more information.

NOTE: Dealer users who log in through iService can set up customer users through the
‘Register a Customer Link’ on the initial search screen. This link is located in the top right
of the screen. Refer to the ‘Thermo King® Customer Registration FAQs (for Dealers with
iService Accounts ONLY)’ section for more information.

3. Click ‘Search’ or tap your ‘Enter’ key to execute a search. The search results screen
displays, populated with models and grids related to your search parameters. Refer to
the image below for panel information.

results screen’s Model Panel to pull up the grids
(where the BOM number is embedded).

search will pull up the grid for that part.
(2) Part NOT available in current catalog: You
will receive an invalid search.
(3) Part superseded: The application will pull
