 Be punctual. Come on agreed time


 Attendance is a must
 Sign-in upon entering the function hall
 Dress appropriately
While sessions are on-

 Be a proactive listener
 Observe Phone Etiquettes
 Put CPs in silent mode
 No making calls while the session is on-going
 No small-group discussion while plenary
session is on-going

 Give due respect to the person who speaks

 Reserve your questions for the Open
Forum. Write them on a piece of paper.

 Participate actively during the group

 Everybody is required to join their respective
groupings

 Emphasize your point in a modulated voice
 Be part of the group effort
