 Be punctual. Come on agreed time


 Attendance is a must
 Sign-in upon entering the function hall
 Dress appropriately
While sessions are on-
going...
 Be a proactive listener
 Observe Phone Etiquettes
 Put CPs in silent mode
 No making calls while the session is on-going
 No small-group discussion while plenary
session is on-going
While sessions are on-

 Give due respect to the person who speaks
and those who listen
 Reserve your questions for the Open
Forum. Write them on a piece of paper.
While having a workshop...

 Participate actively during the group


discussion
 Everybody is required to join their respective
groupings
 Respect the opinions of others
 Give the chance for others to express own
opinions
 Emphasize your point in a modulated voice
 Be part of the group effort
During the Open Forum...

 Observe proper decorum


 Be direct to the point
 Wait for your turn
 No repetition when concern is already
raised and answered
