Monthly accident tracking data is provided from January to November 2012. There were 6 total accidents reported. The majority were vehicle accidents with the exception of one medical treatment for a finger injury. Total lost working days for the period was 168 days. An open vehicle rollover accident in November is still under investigation.

Notes:
1. All accidents are vehicle accident except senussy accident that was injury
due to finger injury and he has suffered from blood glut in his finger due to
handling equipment in the warehouse, and removed by simple surgery.
2. All lost days from one accident due to high severity rate. The total lost
working days = 304/2=152 days
3. The lost working days for Ahmed Farrag and Mahmoud Gomaa is calculated
by dividing the total by 2 since they are working according job rotation
