43 A takes 6 days less than the time taken by B to finish a piece of work. If both A and B together 5
can finish it in 4 days, find the time taken by B to finish the work.

44 The first term of an A.P. is 5, the last term is 45 and the sum is 400. Find the number of terms 5
and the common difference.
