Project Information/Description:

With the use of Facebook and Instagram we’re going to create posts about different ways of cleaning
such us picking garbages in our surrounding’s to achieve a clean barangay with proper segregation of
wastes.Neighborhood Clean-up residents band together to clean up all or part of their neighbor.As a
student, we can help our environment by posting proper waste disposal using online platform such us
Facebook. The goal of this project is to improve the overall appearance of Brgy. Capirawan Palo, Leyte.

2. Project Backgrounds:

It is important to keep our neighbourhood clean because an unclean neighbourhood attracts germs and
diseases. People in the neighbourhood will fall sick if it is not sick. It is also more pleasant to live in a
clean neighbourhood than in a dirty neighbourhood.Conduct a recycling drive in your neighborhood or
your business. Volunteer to help your employer conduct paper recycling drives at work. Donate gently
used clothes to needy organizations and shelters and identify other items that you can reuse. Compost
yard and food waste and seek advice if you don’t know how. We’ve been planning to encourage more
people with the use of Facebook to gather more to help us achieve our goal.

3. Project Objectives

The objective of the neighborhood clean up project is to enhance the appearance and overall well-being
of the community by reducing litter and waste. This will be achieved through organized volunteer efforts
to pick up trash and properly dispose of it. By improving the cleanliness of public spaces and roadsides,
the project aims to promote a sense of pride and community spirit among residents, and create a safer
and more attractive environment for all. The project also seeks to educate the public on the importance
of proper waste disposal and encourage individual responsibility for keeping the neighborhood clean.

4. Desired Impact and Outcome of the Project:

The desired impact and outcome of a neighborhood clean up project would typically be to improve the
overall appearance and cleanliness of the neighborhood, as well as to foster a sense of community and
pride among residents. The project could also aim to reduce health hazards and environmental risks
associated with litter and other forms of waste, and to promote sustainability and environmental
stewardship.

The potential value of this project is to green the neighborhood to reduce pollution and by sorting
neighborhood trash and recycling.
