rise to the phenomenon popularly known as “mobile phone addiction”.

Create a disconnected zone: Disconnect all devices, turn off Wi-Fi, and keep
them far away or out of range.

Schedule a time window to limit your use within this window.
Stop replacing phones as a means of entertainment.
Develop productive habits to combat loneliness.
Seek advice, guidance and help in difficult situations.
Explore new paths in life; seek the physical presence of friends and family.
Develop new work schedules and strategically accommodate various tasks to
avoid long hours alone that can lead to MPA.
Always prefer tasks that do not require the use of a mobile phone in any way
as such, even if it may be difficult.

(increasingly frequent) do not take your attention away.

important. In this sense, the smartphone can help you, but be very careful: games
and social networks can end up stealing all your attention.

Turn off distracting notifications
Even with your phone, notifications still appear on your screen and that's where your
concentration goes. Even if you don't see the smartphone prompt, those little
inattentive moments add up at the end of the day. Not to mention that, with each

Mobile phone addiction is a top secret disease that is affecting many phone users
these days. But as we lean towards introducing technology into every activity of our
lives, we become increasingly dependent on it. This dependency leads to addiction.
The problem of addiction can only be combated through the cooperation of various
bodies of people, such as educational institutions, government, workplace, etc. The
right way to maintain a synergistic balance between technology and its negative
effects is to understand its harmfulness and develop self-control and not give in to
foolish temptations.
