2. Realize the benefits of performing moderate to vigorous physical
activities to one’s health and well-being; and
3. Performs moderate to vigorous physical activities in- and out- of
school for at least 60-minutes most of the days in a week

Let Us Reflect
One of the most important aspects of our lives is our well-being. To
achieve well-being, health should be put as one of the most important
aspects of an individual.
One should have physical activities that can help you achieve a well-
being. Performing moderate to vigorous physical activities each day for at least
60 minutes will help you become a healthy one and achieving also a well-
being.
