Good morning teacher and I hope you are all doing well. My name is [Your Name], and I
am a lecturer. Today, I am thrilled to be participating in this speaking competition with
the goal of achieving the B2 level in the VSTEP examination.
Although I prepared a lot for the exam, the anxiety and nervousness /æŋˈzaɪəti/
/ænd/ /ˈnɜːrvəsnəs/ have made me feel very confused. I hope the examiners /ɪɡ
ˈzæmɪnə(r)/can understand this.

1. I try to exercise regularly, aiming for around three to four times a week.
