You must treat the details of this offer with utmost confidentiality and must not discuss or disclose these to any third party under
any circumstances.

Kindly report to work on the Commencement date as stated in this offer letter, failure of which shall deem the offer cancelled.

Employment with TestingXperts is subject to a satisfactory completion of your background check. On receipt of your Confirmation
to this offer we will initiate the background check process (BGV). You will receive an email request for additional documentation
required to complete this process.

Policy Awareness:
1. Enrollment to Group Medical Insurance Scheme for Self + Spouse + 2 children is provided by the company for those not covered in ESI.
2. ^Under the Flexible Benefit Plan (FBP), you may choose specified components that may suit your requirements, this is as per Policy.
3. All tax implications arising out of the above Salary Compensation are to be borne by employee. To seek available Tax exemptions as
per the Income Tax Rules and their Eligibility, all supporting Bills in Original / Self-attested needs to be submitted.
4. Guaranteed Bonus will be paid on quarterly / half yearly/ annually with effective date of this letter as applicable in subsequent month
after completion
5. Employee should be in service to the company as on the day of its disbursement date of the Variable Pay / Performance Bonus as
applicable. Incentives and other Performance related payouts will be payable only if earned as per the Incentive Structure provided by the
Company.
6. Employee PF and National Pensions Scheme Contributions shall be to the employee account only.
7. Gratuity amount set out above is an approximation and is payable only as per the provisions of the payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.
8. Company facilitates membership to Group Term Life and Accidental Insurance Plans, deductible from employee salary only.
9. Your compensation can be restructured at any time protecting total Compensation (TC). All salary components are governed by company
policies and statutory guidelines.

"Matter of employee compensation is confidential Information of the company. Any discussion or disclosure of your compensation with
anybody other than your Departmental head/reporting Manager and HR shall be considered as breach.
Further your Compensation package is unique to you and not liable for comparison with any other employee of the company and its
associates / affiliates."
