The project aims to install streetlights in Barangay Napilan to improve safety and security. Project Title
Streetlights In Barangay Napilan

II. Project Proponent


The project is headed by the STEM-12 students of Rizal national high School with the help of
their advisor and Captain of the Barangay with the other barangay officials.

III. Project Rationale


The light in the street of Napilan are the biggest demand of the people living in the Barangay.
The empty street brings danger to most passers, vehicle meet accident, risky state of walking
alone causes there’s a possibility that someone might plan something bad to you and the hallow
street is there chance to make their plan happen. So, to decrease the accident, it must be funded
to buy lights for the street. Through the lights people will fear no more as they can have a clear
view to it. This light brings end to the darkness of street.

IV. Project Objective


In the end people in Barangay Napilan will be assured to go home at night. They don’t have
to worry walking or passing the street at night because of the darkness.
 Avoid any collision of motorcycle or any vehicle.
 To make people feel safe and secure when walking alone at night.
 To lessen any road vehicular accidents.
 It helps to easily manipulate their vehicle with the presence of streetlight and enhance the
visibility during nighttime by this light.

V. Project Description
This project will be accomplished through the help of our advisers, fellow students, and with
the cooperation from the residents of Napilan with the permission of barangay officials. The
senior high school students of RNHS will conduct a fund raising to help fulfill the budget needed
for the streetlight project of Napilan, Rizal Zamboanga del Norte. After knowing the common
problem of the residents of the barangay Napilan, the STEM students of RNHS considered the
said problem as an opportunity to help and to lead other students to uplift the core values.P
VI. Project Duration
The streetlight project target date starts on December 1, 2022, to January 25, 2023. The
following is expected to be successful before January 5.

VII. Project Beneficiaries


This project will benefit all the people who will pass through this road, especially the
residents of Napilan.

Requested for Solar Streetlight budget PHP 3,800.00

Requested from RNHS PHP 1,500.00


TOTAL: PHP 5,300.00
