Eisenhower Matrix Fillable

The Eisenhower Matrix divides tasks into four quadrants based on their urgency and importance. Quadrant I contains important and urgent tasks that require immediate attention. Quadrant II contains important but not urgent tasks that help achieve long-term goals. Quadrant III contains tasks that are urgent but not important, like distractions. Quadrant IV contains tasks that are neither urgent nor important, like unnecessary time-wasters. The matrix helps prioritize tasks by addressing Quadrant I tasks first, then Quadrant II, in order to be productive without stress.
