Trisha Rajani Vaidya was the COO at Dr.
Vaidya's: New Age Ayurveda. Prior to her
entrepreneurial stint, Trisha graduated from
Warwick University, UK with a BSc in Business
Management. She then worked at Goldman
Sachs in London from 2012-2014 where she
was in the top quartile all through her stint. In
July 2014, Trisha moved back to India and
joined Nykaa as part of the core team which
at the time was only 20 members. Trisha also
worked in impact investing at Intellecap until
she joined Dr. Vaidya’s in 2017.
