stipulation vide letter No. CBS/MPP/ Meeting; dt.10.4.14) preceded by surface preparation by compressed air
blasting/centrifugal blasting with suitable abrasive material ( as per clause 39.2.1 Appendix VII of RDSO;B1). The
metalizing shall be followed by, one coat of Etch primer to IS:5666 and one coat of zinc primer to IS:104. This shall
be followed by two coats of aluminum paint to IS:2339 after touching up the primer and finishing coat if damaged in
transit (as per RDSO;B-1; clause 39.2.1). The above Painting/Oiling/ Metalizing scheme is a brief outline - but
these will be guided by all the provisions as detailed in clause 39.2 and 39.2.1 of RDSO;B-1 along with relevant
appendices and other codes mentioned therein. The rate shall include all material testing, preparation of QAP and
getting it approved by RDSO or any other agency as decided by the client. No part of the work shall be painted or
coated, packed or dispatched until it has been finally inspected and approved by the inspecting officer as per QAP
- The rate shall also include the cost of approval by RDSO/any other agency as decided by the Railway. All other
relevant guidelines of (RDSO;B-1) shall be followed. Rate shall include all activities for delivering the end product
as per the relevant drawings mentioned or any other revised drawings of RDSO as per Railway requirements,

2074/62 over first coat of zinc chromate primer on all surfaces which will be in permanent contact after assembly

Beam Steel sleepers shall be inspected by RDSO/RITES certification. Contractor have to arrange for inspection at
their own cost. (V) Painting of the Top Flange of the girder shall be carried out with one coat of red lead and two
coats of red oxide (as per Railway's Specifications) with the Contractor's own labours, tools materials etc.

1.0 Eligibility Criteria: 1.1 Technical criterion: The tenderer must have successfully
completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s)
during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which
tender is invited: Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to
30% of advertised value of each component of tender. OR Two similar works each
costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of each component of
tender, OR One similar work each costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of
advertised value of each component of tender, NOTE: (1) Separate completed works of
minimum required values for each component shall also be considered for fulfilment of
technical eligibility criteria. (2) In case, the qualifying work is a single composite work
involving all the components of work viz "A", "B" & "C", then only the overall value of
such work will be considered as qualifying value with respect to the overall value of
tendered work ( Rs.36973.51 Lakhs ) and no separate evaluation for each component
