J.R. PECHO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Oct. 22, 2024
Sir:
Warm greetings!
I am writing to you with a deep sense of urgency and hope. As we stand on the brink
of opening J.R. Pecho Elementary School, an annex of Mat-i Central Elementary
School, we are left with one final hurdle—the installation of a water connection. This
is the last requirement needed to bring the school to life and welcome the eager
students who have long awaited this moment.
We humbly and fervently appeal for your immediate assistance. All the necessary
materials for the water connection are already prepared and ready for installation. It
would be unfortunate if these resources were not put to use right away, delaying the
school's opening and leaving both students and staff waiting. The water connection
is vital for the daily operations of the school and for ensuring the health, safety, and
well-being of everyone on campus. Without it, we are unable to move forward,
despite the tremendous efforts and preparations that have already been made.
We understand the demands on your resources, but we reach out with heartfelt
urgency. The entire community is eagerly anticipating the school's opening, and we
are counting on your support to help us overcome this final step. Your swift action
will make an enormous difference, not only in fulfilling the requirements but also in
making a dream come true for the children who will benefit from the education
provided at J.R. Pecho Elementary School.
We sincerely hope for your positive response, as it will allow us to proceed with the
school’s opening. Please know how deeply we value your assistance at this crucial
time.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We remain hopeful for your kind support.
Sincerely,
CATHY D. JORIA
