 Good morning everyone my dear trainess. i’m JENE B DEL0S N1EVES your Acredited
Assessor in housekeeping NC ll. i would like to acknowledge our Tesda Representative
‘Good morning mam’ you dont worry about her presence here. she is just to oversee.
observe the Conduct Competency Assessment in the accordance with procedure and
methodologeis of tesda she will not assess you.

PRAYER

 Kindly submit y0ur admission slip and i will call your name to signed up your attendance
sheet.

 My dear assesse i have here with me your self assessment guide appllication form th1s it
means you can perform all the units of competency.

C0NDUCT 0R1ENTAT10N
 Welcome to this assessment it will be determine your level of competency.
 This are the qualification of units of competency to be assessed are the basic. c0mm0n
and core competency.

 For the core competency we have 6

1. Provide housekeeping to the guests


2. Clean and prepare rooms for incoming guests
3. Provide valet/buttler service
4. Laundry linen and guest clothes
5. Clean public area faciLities and equipment
6. Deal with handle intoxicated guest
TASk T0 BE PERF0RMED AND EV1DENT T0 BE C0LLECTED
 i’LL be collecting evidence through written test- demonstration and oral quistioning
exam this will help to measure your knowledge and skills
PERS0NA NEEDS
 For your personal needs our cr. is located at the side of our training center
 if you want to eat your meals we have our canteen outside of our assessment center.

 During assessment will start you are not allowed to leave the premises of the
assessment center.
ALL0WABLE 0R REAS0NABLE ADJUSTMENT WITHIN APPLICABLE
 if you have a difficulty to understand the given instruction pls. dont hesitate to call my
attention and willing to explain and translate it to you.
DOS AND DON’T ASSESSMENT
 If you have concerns. suggestion. Question regarding the assessment you may ask me
and I’m willing to assist you. But once assessment started pls. refrain from asking
question to your co assese. No longer allowed.
RIGHTS AND APPEAL SYSTEM
 Incase you have any question regarding the assessment result you have right to appeal
to the tesda provincial office were the assessment center and the assessor are
accredited.
INSSUANCE OF NC/COC
 There are two types of certificate will be issued that would be the NC and COC. If you
passed the assessment and you are competent for the issuance of national certificate
you can claim at the provincial office after 5 working days.
RE-ASSESSMENT PROCEDURE
 If you were not competent you don’t have to be worry you can be reassessed anytime
at your own convenience.
 If in case not competent don’t worry it will undergo the whole assessment process.
 In case the reassessment is full qualification you have undergo to assessment process.
 If you found to be competent in the same unit of competencies that you not found to be
not yet competent.
 If you fail 2 consecutive assessment you are advice to take a refresher course before
applying for reassessment.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
 For OHSH kindly observe proper handling of material such as the chemicals that will
harmful to your health.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF ASSESSMENT OUTCOMES
 With the result of your assessment we observed confidentiality this is to ensure your
integrity. Your may get the result only made available to the right personal and to the
institution were had your actual training.
PROVIDE EACH CANDIDATE OF A COPY OF SPECIFIC INSTRUCTION TO THE CANDIDATE
 I have here with me the specific instructions and post- test pls. read them carefully if
you have questions please ask me. I can translate it to your local dialect. if you need
assistant I will be more than willing to assist you.

 bleaching solution- removed of the stains
 glass cleaner – it use for cleaning all glass surface.
 Metal polish – it is used for removing of rust of metal surfaces
 Wood polish – it is use for shine of wood surface.
