Sub:- NOTICE UNDER TENANCY AGREEMENT DATED


December 2014

Please acknowledge the notice under the terms and conditions
of the Tenancy Agreement dated December 2014, renewed
after 11months on 7-04-15 and continued till date ,executed
between you and the undersigned as below:-

1. That you are my tenant of Duplex Bungalow No.127/II/II,


Situated at main Khayaban-e-Sehar, Phase-VI, DHA, Karachi
since December 2014 vide tenancy agreement which tenancy
continued with mutual consent.

2. That according to the terms and conditions of the tenancy


agreement, either party had to issue a 30 days prior notice in
writing informing the other party of the intention to vacate the
premises through TCS or any other courier service.
3. That you have on 09-06-2020 informed me through
WhatsApp message that the premises has been vacated and
as per information that you have almost shifted from the
rented premise and asked for settlement of accounts through
the estate broker.

4. That since you have not complied with the terms and
conditions of the rent agreement and have deliberately failed
or avoided to give one month’s prior notice for vacation of the
said premise to the undersigned, therefore, you are liable to
pay one month’s rent for the notice period of 15 June to 14
July, 2020.

5. That you are also required to pay the monthly conservancy


charges i.e. electric, gas, phone etc. for and up to the said
period.

6. You are therefore informed that after deduction of one


month’s rent and utility charges for the above period, your
remaining amount, if any, out of your security deposit will be
paid to you through cheque on 15 July, 2020.

7. That you are further informed that since you are still in
possession of the above premises as you have not handed
over the vacant peaceful possession to the undersigned,
therefore, after taking over vacant peaceful possession of the
said premises a detailed inspection will be conducted thereof
and in case any wear and tear or damage is found, you will
also be liable to pay the expenses for repair etc and to get the
premises in the same condition as it was handed over to you at
the time of tenancy agreement.
