ESTATE, BAYUGAN CITY AGUSAN DEL SUR HELD ON THE 30 th DAY OF MARCH, 2024 AT
IT’S REGULAR SESSION HALL OF THE BARANGAY.

1.0.0 CALL TO ORDER/PRAYER/NATIONAL ANTHEM


1.1.0 Hon. Roger Jr. D. Blanco the Presiding officer called the session order at 3:30 o’clock in
the afternoon.
1.2.0 Hon. Garell R. Rayos delivered the opening prayer and it has been followed by the
singing of the Philippine National anthem lead by Hon. Justy Mark B. Paradero and sung
by the Sanggunian Kabataan members.

2.0.0 ROLL CALL AND DECLARATION OF QUORUM.


2.1.0 Thereafter, the Chair requested the acting SK Secretary to call for the roll which shows
SIX (6) members present and Two (2) of the members are absent, there is a quorum.

3.0.0 READING AND CONSIDERATION OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES


3.1.0 On motion of Hon. Keven John P. Rayos and duly seconded by Hon. Rochelle Ann A.
Marsada the minutes of the 3rd regular session was adopted as read.

3.2.0 AGENDA:

3.2.2 Youth Health and Wellness Program
3.2.3 Barangay Clean-Up Drive

There being no matter to take up and as moved by Hon. Rochelle Ann A. Marsada duly
seconded by Hon. Justy Mark B. Paradero there upon the chair ruled the session adjourned at
4:10 pm with the closing prayer led by Hon. Ma. Luisa M. Vista
