Job Description: Recruitment Head

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Head to lead our talent acquisition strategies and
operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leveraging social media platforms for
hiring, setting ambitious recruitment targets, and achieving exceptional results. This role is pivotal in ensuring

Key Responsibilities:

3. Performance Management:
o Set clear, measurable hiring targets for the recruitment team and ensure their achievement.
o Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-acceptance
ratio.
o Regularly report on recruitment progress to the management.
4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
o Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruitment team.
o Foster collaboration with department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities.
5. Technology and Process Optimization:
o Leverage other recruitment technologies to streamline operations.
o Implement best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
6. Market and Talent Insights:
o Stay updated on labor market trends, competitor hiring practices, and new sourcing
techniques.
o Identify new channels and opportunities to attract top talent.
