Data intensive use is one of the main characteristics of digital business. Big Data Analytics
and Artificial Intelligence are playing an important role in transforming the retail industry
and unlocking hidden business potential (Techvidvan,n.d.). The market today deals with an
amount of information that would have been unimaginable a few years ago and this number
is only expected to grow in the future. The more consumers are connected online and interact
with companies through different touchpoints, the more information about consumer
behavior begins to be recorded. With this, the possibilities of using big data in retail to
improve the relationship between brands and the public become greater.
Data is at the heart of companies' digital transformation strategy. To deal with an increasingly
technological world, companies need to have professionals with a new profile (more
analytical and less intuitive) who can use the information collected in interactions with
customers to generate new business insights. The correct application of big data in retail
requires a data-driven business strategy. A consumer-focused strategy requires the use of big
data in retail as one of its focal points.
The ability to collect and process real customer data makes it possible to get to know the
public better and, based on reliable information, develop highly assertive business strategies.
The “guessing” leaves the scene, and tests and evidence based on data enter the field.
Opinions are excellent as a starting point, but knowledge needs to be based on real, unbiased
information.
For a better understanding of the customer's view, I prepared the questionnaire below, as it is
essential to know how to prepare a good customer service questionnaire, not only to evaluate
how your sales, support, and technical assistance teams are acting, but also to evaluate how
your customer sees your product or service.

By listening carefully to customer feedback, you and your company will open up to a
universe of new information, opportunities, and ideas for improvement and productivity that
can change the course of business, boosting your sales. Many believe that improving
customer service comes down to after-sales activities, which is a mistake. Customer service
starts with your first contact with the company (usually looking for purchase information)
and extends to every moment you are in contact with the company. In other words, good
service should also be provided when your customer wants to clarify doubts, make
complaints, request technical assistance, and other similar situations. And the best way to
measure a company's efficiency in this regard is through customer service surveys.
