Role and Responsibilities

1. Operational Excellence:

•Ensure smooth opening and closing of logistics hubs following operational standards.

•Supervise sorting operations and route shipments correctly.

•Perform inbound/outbound checks to maintain shipment accuracy.

•Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to align with company goals.

2. Systems and ERP Management:

•Execute ERP transactions for inventory tracking and process flow.

•Ensure data accuracy in ERP systems for stock management and reporting.

•Develop and automate reports for real-time data analysis and decision-making.

3.Team Management:

•Train and mentor team members to meet operational benchmarks.

•Motivate the team, handle grievances, and control attrition rates.

•Provide coaching for continuous improvement and compliance with SOPs.

4. Customer Service:

•Achieve zero customer escalations by ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

•Support delivery agents (Wish Masters) to complete deliveries on schedule.

5.Data Analysis & Reporting:

•Maintain daily hub reports, ERP transactions, and variance tracking.

•Share day-end reports and conduct stock variance checks to ensure accuracy.

6. Financial & Inventory Control:

•Handle cash collection, accounting, and reconciliation.

•Adhere to organizational policies and assist with the adoption of new processes.

•Ensure seamless reconciliation of cash transactions and inventory variance management.

•Maintain zero stock variances through robust tracking systems and regular audits.

•Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality.
