WINE SERVICE SCRIPT

This will be the script for the Wine Service.

The scene is going to be after the guest ordered their meal and they are now ready for the wine service.

Materials Needed:
 1 corkscrew
 1 saucer
 1 Red wine glass
 1 serviette
 1 Red wine (Merlot)

Student: Good evening! Welcome to Café Lorenzo, I am Joel Leuterio and I'm going to be your sommelier for this evening,
May I know who is the host tonight?

Guest: Oh it’s me!

Student: OK here is our Wine menu.

Guest: Oh Thanks, After a few minutes ,

the sommelier will come back to the guest.

Student: Did you find a wine that will suit your taste buds tonight?

Guest: I think we may do Merlot tonight. Any recommendations?

Student: I would recommend a White Hall Lane Merlot harvest from Napa Valley in 2017. This 750 ml bottle contains 13.8
% of alcohol content which brings a taste full of lush red fruit flavors with a soft, chocolate note from aging in oak
barrels.

Guest: OK sounds good, I like it already!

After the order, take the bottle of wine and show it to the guest, Proper showing, Then Open the bottle and let the
guest taste an ounce of the wine,

Guest: Oh I like it, that's so nice.

After pouring the glass, first the lady, then the host, then put the wine near the host,

Student: OK Ma’am, Sir, I hope you enjoy your bottle of merlot together with the excellent dinner of your choice!
