reservation?

S: May I know for how many guests?

S: okay sir table for 1 in non smoking area, this way please

G: Yes (tulungan sa pag-upo)
S: Do you want me to help you unfold your table napkin?
G: Yes
S: Okay ma'am/sir, I'll just get your water
S: Excuse me, here's you water maam/sir
S:Excuse me, l'll just get our menu for your food selection, excuse me.
S: Excuse me, here's your menu
G: okay, thank you!
S: Excuse me, l'll just get your complimentary bread
S: excuse me maam/sir, here is your complimentary bread (lagay mo bread)
S:Excuse Me.
S: Excuse me ma'am/sir, may I take your order?
G: May I have your……( If customer order Roasted Chicken or Chicken
always offer WHITE WINE GLASS, then if customer order Steak Always
offer RED WINE GLASS)…….then for the SOUP crab corn soup, and for
the SALAD garden salad, then DESSERT Black Forrest Cake that’s all.
Example:
Ma’am, maybe you want to try our Carlo Rossi (Red or White) Wine
Because you order(Maindish na inorder) because its compliment to your
main course)
G: Okay I’ll Get that too.

Then pag mag seserve na laging may pag kakasunod sunod

3rd: Main Course (Pero bago main Course wine muna unahin mong dalin)

S: Enjoy Your Soup Sir/Maam.
(Wait until ma done sa soup)
S: Excuse me sir/maam can I buss out the soup?
G: Yess Please.
(Buss out mona kasama yung Soup Spoon then yung, Bread Plate and Butter
Spread kanina, kasama yung Milk at Yung Sugar na lalagyanan at Salt and
Pepper)

2nd
Serve Salad
S: Excuse me Sir/maam Heres your Salad.
G: Thank you.
S: Enjoy Your Salad Sir/Maam.
(Wait until ma done sa salad)
S: Excuse me sir/maam can I buss out the salad?
G: Yes Please.
( then Bass out the Salad and Salad Fork and Salad Knife)

Present Wine with Lalagyanan na maliit para sa Takip
S: Excuse me sir/maam heres your wine Carlo Rossi…..

Here in the Bucket?)
G: Leave at the Bucket.

Serve Main Course

S: Heres your Main Course maam/sir.

S: Enjoy your meal maam.
Wait ( 3 minutes to refill the water or wine basta mag masid kalang then
lapitan mo if ever)

G: Yes, Thank you

S: Excuse me sir/maam can I buss out?
G: Yess Please.

( then dapat may dala kang taple napkin then may maliit na lalagyanan
pansalo ng musmos)
S: Excuse Me.
(Then balik ka dala tray tsaka mo kunin ang Show Plate, Dinner Fork and
Dinner Knife then para sa Wine Glass Round Tray Dapat dun mona din
lagay pinag lahgyan ng takip ng wine)
S: Excuse me.

4th
Serve Dessert
Balik then Ask.
S: Ecuse me maam / Sir do you want me to adjust your Dessert Fork &
Spoon?
G: Yess Please.
S: Excuse Me:
(Then tsaka mo kunin ang dessert at I reserve)
S: Excuse me maam/sir heres your dessert.
G: Thank you.
(Wait until ma done sa Dessert)
(After nyan mag bibill out na si customer at hintayin mag hudyat ng bill)
S: excuse me ma'am, here's your bill
G: (Nagbayad na yung guest)
S: thank you ma'am/sir for paying exact amount, excuse me ma'am/sir, I' just
get your receipt
G: okay thank you!
S: thank you for dining with us, hope to see you soon, have a nice day

S: Goodmorning ma'am/sir, this is room service department, how may I help
you?

the door)

G: yes, sure!
S: where do I want me to put your food ma'am/sir? (Table or Bed) Set up the
table ( ala carte ) "introduce the food that you're serving"
S: here's your receipt sir/ma'am please sign it, can I have your id for
verification purposes

G: none
S: what time do you want me to buss out your food?
G: at exactly 10am -knock 3 times "room service"

Buss Out Room Service


S: goodmorning sir/ma'am, once again I'm (R-jay Again) from room service
department, I'm here to buss out your soiled dishes are you done with your
food sir/ma'am? may i come in? (While bussing out)
S: - how was your food? "Introduce the facilities", do you want me to adjust
the temperature of Aircon? Do you want me to open the curtain for you to
see the beautiful scenery
G: no but thank you!
S: once again I'm (R-jay) from room service department, don't hesitate to
call us if you need anything thank you!
