1. Tell me about your self?

My name is Arrianne Mae C. Salvador, I'm 18 years old, and I recently graduated
from the Accountancy, Business, and Management stream at the University of
Mindanao. I learnt a lot of theory while there, including corporate communication,
international economics, accounting, business ethics, and other topics. I was also a
member of the student government and had an 89 percent GPA. I've worked hard in
my studies, and now I'm ready to put what I've learned into action. While I have no
real-world employment experience, I have had a lot of exposure to the business world.
Many of my classes required students to collaborate with real-world businesses to
tackle real-world challenges. Now, I'm hoping to apply all I've learned in university
and gain some practical work experience.

My name is Arrianne Mae C. Salvador, and I am a senior at The University of

Mindanao. This year, despite working on a variety of educational assignments, I
managed to preserve an 89 percent GWA. I joined a 'Debate Club,' which currently
has up to 15 active members. In addition, I participated in a campus leadership
program in which we invited an outside guest lecturer to speak about the importance
of leadership. I'm a team player who is dependable, since I've never let someone down
when working on a team project. I'm also proud of my capacity to preserve and
surpass any obstacles that may arise. For example, I was having some difficulties with
ABM 3 last year. I realized I needed to dedicate more time to the subject, so, I re-
watched classes/ recorded discussions and set aside two extra hours per day for the
subject. Eventually, I ended up passing the subject. At University of Mindanao, I’m
planning to either major in Accounting or Management Accounting. I love solving
and analysing, so I think both programs are going to be interesting and relevant to my
interests.

2. What do you think are your strengths?

"My greatest strength is that I can think on my feet and perform well under pressure."
As a recent graduate and a member of the school council, I was preparing a school
leadership conference that required a number of last-minute alterations due to a
speaker canceling due to an emergency and two of our volunteers being unable to
attend. As a result, we gave each speaker more time and introduced a Q&A portion at
the end of each lecture. We also encouraged the presenters to continue talking about
their leadership career and personal experiences following their speeches. In terms of
being understaffed, I reached out to my network one day before the conference and
found two students ready to assist. I personally met with them two hours before the
conference to brief them on what we were doing for the day and assign them their
roles.
In the end, everything went smoothly, with no more issues arising."

3. Why should we hire you?

To begin, I possess all of the abilities and expertise indicated in the job description,
and I am convinced that I can have an instant effect on your organization. Not only do
I have experience organizing great events for our school, but I also have a strong
interest in the sector, which motivates me to succeed. If I am chosen for this position,
I will continue to provide high-quality work to ensure your organization's success.
I know you have a major decision ahead of you, and I'm not envious. I hope I've
showed my comprehension of financial markets and analysis during our talk today. I'd
love nothing more than to be a part of your team here and help you expand this
business unit.

4. Do you have any questions?

"Yes, I do. Based on the questions you've asked throughout the interview, it appears
that you have an issue with client retention; could you tell me a bit more about the
current situation and what the first hurdles would be for the new person?"
I was also curious about the benefits and when they would become effective.

Finally, and this is a little more personal, what makes you excited to come to work
every day? How long have you been with the company?
