President
Job Responsibilities-
Take care of day to day operational activities of the organization like looking to requirements of
members and arranging physical and virtual meetings with respective industry stakeholders and
regulators.
Garnering more memberships for the organization by connecting with all classes of Corporate
Business Correspondents and urging them to become BCFI members.
Onboarding different organizations in the Financial Inclusion space as associate members. These
organizations are not Corporate BCs but have services which could enhance revenue streams for
BCFI members
Ensuring timely receipt of annual membership and associate membership fees and sharing
invoices and certificates.
Preparation of notice and agenda for all board meetings, AGMs and EGMs. Also, prepare the
minutes of the conducted meetings and follow up on actionable items with concerned officials.
Take care of the maintenance of the BCFI’s website. Get profiles of newly onboarded members
and associate members updated on the website.
Take care of all activities on the official WhatsApp groups of the organization very meticulously.
Liaise with external organizations whenever BCFI is an institutional partner for their events and
ensure that end to end activities are conducted with precision.

Took care of the end-to-end HR function; recruitment and selection to the exit formalities
