Mandatory Requirements
Job Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination
o Assist in coordinating analysis, prioritization, and approval of IT demands.
o Monitor execution and ensure alignment with business objectives.
2. Documentation & Feasibility
o Ensure demand documentation follows approved processes.
o Support feasibility studies, business case preparation, cost-benefit, and ROI
analysis.
o Assist in obtaining necessary approvals.
3. Portfolio & Program Management
o Help prepare management plans for related projects from approval through
close-out.
o Maintain a cross-program view to ensure consistency and manage
dependencies.
4. PMO Support & Strategy
o Support the development and maintenance of PMO strategies, processes, tools,
and procedures.
o Assist in verifying adherence to project lifecycle standards and improving quality.
o Coordinate with project managers on process adherence and continuous
improvement.
5. Performance Evaluation
o Evaluate project performance and generate timely reports.
o Analyze gaps, coordinate improvement discussions, and document compliance
findings.
6. Cost & Risk Monitoring
o Review project economics including budgets, resources, and risks.
o Track expenditure and analyze deviations beyond agreed tolerances.
7. Governance & Quality Assurance
o Execute project governance assignments independently or as part of a team.
o Promote adherence to quality standards and compliance with legislation.
o Support knowledge transfer and awareness of project management principles.
8. Post-Implementation Analysis
o Coordinate with business owners post-implementation to assess project
benefits.
o Define benefit measurement mechanisms and monitor actual outcomes against
business case predictions.
o Report results to stakeholders.
