The ideal talent will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and use their exceptional organizational and leadership skills to drive project success. This role requires a strong ability to analyze and mitigate risks, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a high level of quality in project deliverables. What you would do • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure successful project execution. • Define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations, and manage changes effectively through proper documentation and communication. • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, setting clear expectations, and fostering a collaborative environment to drive project progress. • Maintain transparent and consistent communication with stakeholders, team members, and management, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities. • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and objectives. Proactively address issues as they arise. • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and allocate resources efficiently to ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints. • Maintain a high standard of project deliverables by implementing quality control measures and conducting thorough reviews of work products. • Monitor project milestones, track progress against timelines, and adjust plans as needed to ensure on-time delivery of project outcomes. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure that project goals are aligned with business objectives. • Create and maintain accurate project documentation, including project charters, plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations. • Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes, tools, and methodologies based on lessons learned and industry best practices. • Address conflicts and challenges within the team or among stakeholders constructively, seeking resolutions that maintain positive working relationships. • Navigate changes in project scope, priorities, and requirements while ensuring minimal disruption to project goals and outcomes. • Facilitate project closure activities, conduct post-project evaluations, and capture insights to apply to future projects for continuous improvement. • Ensure that project outcomes meet or exceed client expectations and gather feedback to drive client satisfaction and build strong relationships. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Engineering/Information Technology or a related field. • Proficient in SCRUM methodologies with a strong understanding of agile project management principles to effectively manage projects in a dynamic environment. • Possess a core project management qualification such as ITIL, Prince, PMP, CSM or CAPM. • Prior experience working in the banking or financial sector, with a deep understanding of industry-specific processes, regulations, and challenges. • Willingness to work on a contractual basis for a period of 6 months, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to project success within the defined timeframe. • A demonstrated history of successfully managing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. • Strong leadership and team management abilities, capable of leading cross-functional teams and facilitating collaboration • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally to stakeholders at various levels. • Skilled in identifying and managing project risks, adapting plans to address potential challenges, and maintaining project stability. • Strong commitment to maintaining high-quality project deliverables through rigorous quality control practices.
