3 CALL TO ORDER
4 The meeting was called to order at 4:05 PM in the afternoon with the permission of the
SK.
5 Opening Prayer lead by Hon. Alexes Aclon together with SK Officials.

8 Present: Hon. Marianne Daphny Tare -SK Chairperson
9 Hon. Zaira Lood -SK Member
10 Hon. Camille Cubelo -SK Member
11. Hon. Vanessa Tuazon -SK Member
12 Hon. Rosemarie Baylon -SK Member
13 Hon. Alexes Aclon -SK Member
14 Hon. Sheena Bolongaita -SK Member
15 Hon. Danica Pojas -SK Member
16 AGENDA
17 Appointing of SK Secretary and SK Treasurer
18 The SK Officials have approved Mr. Mark Vincent Guimere as the SK Secretary
19 and Ednalyn Hibaya as the SK Treasurer.
20 House Rules
21 * No using of cellphones during meeting session.
22 * If you don't attend three consecutive SK meetings, you won't be eligible
23 to receive an honorarium.
24 * Late is not allowed every meeting session. If someone is late,
25 they will be charged 10 pesos per minute.
26 * The SK Officials meeting is scheduled for every 1st Sunday of the month
27 at 1:00 PM in the afternoon and everyone must wear their SK-T shirt every meeting.
28 * During meeting, everyone should stick to the agenda and
29 avoiding off-topic discussions helps maintain a "no-nonsense"approach.
30 * SK officials are required to attend every activity. If you dont attend every activity
without a 35
31 valid reason, you will be charged 100 pesos for each event.
32 ADJOURNMENT
33 The meeting adjourned by Hon. Cubelo and seconded by Hon. Tuazon at 5:30 PM.
