We, trainees, want to convey our gratitude to our families and loved ones who have sincerely supported
us during our time with this company. Thank you for motivating us to work harder, we are doing all of
this not just for ourselves, but also for the individuals who helped us get here, and we want to show
that it was not a waste of time and money. A simple thank you cannot convey how grateful and blessed
we are for having you in our lives. Please know that we appreciate every bit you’ve given us from the
start.
To the City Garden Suites Hotel Training Center and Ibarra’s Group, we will be forever grateful for
providing us with a remarkable and peculiar on-the-job training experience, as well as supporting us
with applying what we learned in school to the real world. We’d want to thank each department for their
efforts and patience in helping us understand and teaching us what we need to know in each area,
which we’ll cherish and keep forever.
To our Training Director, Sir Joel Amaba, for leading us from the initial day of orientation until the days
when we began our training. We would not be directed by all of the rules that must be observed, such
as the weekly schedule and the department to which we are designated, if not for them. So, this is our
way of thanking him for helping to shape our abilities and personalities in preparation for our post-
graduation journey. Again, thank you so much.
To Sorsogon State University (SSU), for providing us with a high-quality education that has taught us
to be positive and driven in a variety of ways; we will value it when we join the real world of tourism.
We’d like to thank our dearest instructors in the Department of Tourism and Hospitality for their
instruction and mentoring, as well as the lessons they’ve taught us since the beginning.
To our Training Coordinators, Ma’am Lanie Berjuega and Sir Dexter Aurelio for their efforts to contact
the training director about the information and updates regarding our on-the-job training. Despite their
hectic schedules, thank you.
Most importantly, we thank the Almighty God for his infinite blessings, wisdom, and strength, which
allow us to continually challenge ourselves and be boundless. Thank you for your spiritual direction
every step of the journey. You never let us lose hope or determination to succeed. We battled with our
silent battles, but You managed to calm us down. Despite everything that happened during our on-the-
job training, You are the One who knows everything, and we thank You for Your support in all aspects
of our lives. You know what You have planned for me, Lord, and as Job 42:2 says, “I know that You can
do anything and nothing that You plan is impossible.”
