• Draughtman: A person who is skilled or trained in the art if making drawing,


writing or designs is known as draughtsman.
• Engineering Drawing: The art of representing technical structures with the aid of
drawing instruments on paper is known as working or detailed drawing.

A drawing office plays a key role in the execution of any project since it is here
that a project takes shapes. Estimates of cost and materials are also worked out
here.
A drawing office normally has the following staff
• Head draughtsman
• Draughtsman
• Tracer or copier
• Typist
• Peon .
