Supporting the Client Sourcing (Delhi/NCR) managing number of clients within Delhi (NCR), for
bulk hiring (technical /non-technical).
Responsible for managing bulk hiring and sourcing process, strategies and life cycle.
Responsible for monitoring & managing the centre costs & the Client requirement at the same
time.
Responsible for getting in touch with the respective HR person from the company to get their
current requirement and line-up the required candidates accordingly.
Managing and controlling proper line-ups, offer drops and market intelligence
Heading a team of 5 Recruiter's to drive numbers from them and help with any issues they are facing
in sourcing candidates through different channels

Have contributed by providing extensive support to the front line hiring team through & also at the
same time making sure that the vendor channel performance is not affected.
Received appreciation mails from the immediate manager and AVP for consistent performance
month on month.
Successfully identified and developed new & old channel partners.
Have contributed more than 40% of the total voice joining.
Increase direct contribution from 7.7% to 10%
Recognized for closing some urgent openings i.e. MIS, HR and TL within TAT.
Have contributed good numbers in hiring candidates for an International Mediclaim process on a 3
months deputation to Hyderabad. Also supported remotely for closing numbers for different
domestic and international processes in Bangalore and Mumbai.
Helped the US customers to get their technical queries resolved for the Dell products.
Generating business for the company by upgrading the warranty and selling the S/W and H/W
peripherals for desktops, laptops and printers.
