3. Enlighten the term marketing management and its concepts with relation to

Society.
4. Write a detailed note on natural and technological environment. How these

factors affect market?


5. Describe the steps of consumer decision making process.

6. Expound the scope of branding.

7. Discuss the trends of online marketing among the youth, with suitable

examples.
