Doorperson (Vince): Good morning sir! Welcome to Hotel Bliss. How may assist you?

Guest (Jon): I have reservation for today. May I know where’s the reception desk
here?

Doorperson (Vince): That entrance is our reception desk sir.

Guest (Jon): Okay, Thank You!

Doorperson (Vince): My pleasure sir.


Front Desk (Jael): Good morning! Welcome to Hotel Bliss. How may I help you?

Guest (Jon): I called the front desk last week November 1 and my reservation is
scheduled today.

Front Desk (Jael): May I know your name sir?


Guest (Jon): I’m Jon Adolfo.
Front Desk (Jael): Can you spell that for me sir?
Guest (Jon): Sure, J-O-N A-D-O-L-F-O
Front Desk (Jael): You booked executive room with the view of the garden and complimenting
breakfast with room rate of 5,000 pesos per night and you booked for two nights. Is that correct
sir?
Guest (Jon): Yes, that’s it.
Front Desk (Jael): Can I request for your identification card, please?
Guest (Jon): Oh! Okay-okay, here it is.
Front Desk (Jael): Thank you, sir. We already have your credit card information on file. Kindly sign
the receipt at the bottom, please.

Guest (Jon): Okay, I’m done


Front Desk (Jael): Thank you, sir. Additionally, you will have free breakfast buffet meals, free wi-fi
internet connection, and free airport shuttle service. If you will avail the mini-bar, or other
consumable products, it will be charged to your account. We also provide room service, at
additional charge of course.
Guest (Jon): Okay, so what room will I be staying in?
Front Desk (Jael): Your room is number 123. Here is your key card, sir. Our bell staff will be
accompanying you to the room sir.
Guest (Jon): Great. Thankyou!
Front Desk (Jael): If you have any questions or request, please dial ‘0’ we are willing to assist
you 24 hours sir.
Guest (Jon): Ok, and what time is check-out?
Front Desk (Jael): Our standard checkout time is 12:00 noon sir. If you wish to have an early or
late checkout, you can inform us ahead of time sir.
Guest (Jon): Ok, thanks.
Front Desk (Jael): My pleasure sir, Have a wonderful stay here at Hotel Bliss!

Escorting Guest to the facilities:


Bell Staff (Vince): Good Afternoon Mr. Adolfo, I am Vince Barredo, your bell staff, and I will be
escorting you to your room.
Guest (Jon): Good Afternoon.
Bell Staff (Vince): Please check your luggage sir. Are they all complete?
Guest (Jon): Yes, it’s complete.
Bell Staff (Vince): Sir, please follow me. This is the hotel restaurant, it opens from 6 AM until
12 midnight. You can have your breakfast, lunch and dinner here. If you want to have your
meal in the room, we also have room service. This is the public pool. Opens from 7 AM until 9
PM. This side is also our fitness gym. It opens from 9AM until 8PM.
Escorting guest to the room
Arrive in front of the room Bell Staff opens the door and enter the room first followed by the
guest. Bell boy return to take the luggage.
Bell Staff (Vince): Mr. Adolfo, would you like me to explain your room facilities?
Guest (Jon): Yes, please.
Bell Staff (Vince): This is the master switch for the power. Insert your key card here, and the
power will be opened. If you leave the room, take your key card from here, and the power in the
room will turn off. The remote control for your television is placed on top of the table, and you
can also enjoy the minibar. If you get a drink for 10 seconds and never return it, that drink will
automatically be credited to your account. This is the remote control for your Air Conditioner.
For the bathroom, this room has hot and cold water. The red button indicates hot water, and
the blue button shows cold water. There are two complimentary water bottles, toothbrush,
toothpaste, and shampoo on the table.

Guest (Jon): None, thank you so much for the information.
Bell Staff (Vince): You’re Welcome sir, enjoy your stay with us.

CHECKOUT

Front Desk Cashier (Arquio) : " Good morning, how may I help you? "

Guest (Jon): "I'd like to check out now, My name is Jon Adolfo, room 123, here's the

key"

Front Desk Cashier : Thank you. Wait for a second sir.

Guest (Jon): Okay


Front Desk Cashier : Okay sir, I’m just printing out your bill, by the way, how’s your stay with us,
sir?
Guest (Jon): Everything was excellent. I enjoyed all of your amenities and the services are very
accommodating and good.
Front Desk Cashier (Arquio): I’m glad to hear that sir, here’s your bill sir, your room is already
paid upon your check-in and this is your remaining incidental upon availing of our room services
and restaurants. Kindly check your folio before we proceed to the check-out process.
Guest (Jon): Let me check my folio. (Pause and check the paper) Everything in this folio are
correct.
Front Desk Cashier (Arquio): Alright sir, how would you like to settle your account, please?
Guest (Jon): I would be paying through cash. This is my payment.
Front Desk Cashier (Arquio): Thank you for paying the exact amount sir. Please sign your name
and signature here sir.
Guest (Jon): Okay.One more thing, I will leave the room now but my service will come at 1 pm.
Can I wait in your lobby?
Front Desk Cashier (Arquio): Yes sir, you can!
Guest (Jon): Thank you.
Front Desk Cashier (Arquio): Here is your receipt sir, thank you for staying with us. Have a nice
day.
