1. Welcoming the guests
: greetings to the both of you mam and sir, welcome to Filipovian Delicacy restaurant! may i
suggest a table for you? or do you have any reservations?
guest: yes, we have a reservation.

2. Checking Reservation
: if that's the case, would you mind to wait for a moment mam? sir? I will just check the
reservation's log book, and if you don't mind may i know the name?
guests: (name of the guests)
: thank you for waiting! sir you are mr. osumo and mam you are mrs. lascano am i right?
guests: yes, you're right.

3. Seating the guests


: you reserved a table for two and you preferred an open area. we have prepared a pleasant
table for you Mrs. Lascano and Mr. Osumo, let me escort the both of you to your table.
(naglakad ng slowly in front of them, leading them to their table)
: please have a seat Mrs. Lascano. (I'll pull the chair)

4. Laying the table napkin


: excuse me mam, may i lay the table napkin in your lap?
guest:
: sir? if you don't mind..
guest:

5. Serving Water
: your ice-cold water mam and sir, the weather is really hot today.
: before i leave i would like to introduce our head waiter and waitress that will be accompanying
the both of you for the mean time.
: He is Mr. Dela rosa our head waiter and she is Ms. Richelle our waitress.
: have a good time, mrs. lascano and mr. osumo. i hope you two will enjoy your lunch. (exit na)

: Mam? Sir? if you are ready, may i take your order now?
guest: ok may i have one serving of fried
okra, creamy crab and corn soup, pork adobo, and leche flan for dessert please.

: okay maam, may i repeat your order? you'll have one serving of fried okra, creamy crab and
corn soup, pork adobo, and leche flan for your dessert. did i get your order right maam?
guest: yes

8. Suggestions/Recommendations
: what about your drinks mam? we have a lot of drinks that will surely suit in your taste, but i
think calamansi juice is the best choice especially the weather is kind of hot today.
guest: alright I'll get one calamansi juice please.
: okay maam, that would be all mam?
guest: yes that would be all.
(after kay maam lascano, bigay kay sir osumo ung menu)
: how about you sir? are you ready to order? may i take your order now?
guest: yeah sure, uhm I'll have the same with Mrs. Lascano.
: okay sir, you will have the same order with mam Lascano which is one serving of fried okra,
creamy crab and corn soup, pork adobo, and leche flan for your dessert? is that right?
guest: yes, that's right.
: okay maam, sir, your meal will be served for a short while. if you have any concerns, please
call our head waiter and he will assist you. (smile then alis na)
