Waiter /Receptionist: Good Morning, and thank you for calling Tablo’s Room Service. My name is ___.
How may I assist you today?
CUSTOMER: "Hi ____, I’m feeling a bit hungry, and I thought I’d order something to eat. Can you help me
with that?"
Waiter /Receptionist: Of course! I’d be delighted to assist. First, may I know who's on the line and your
room number, please?
Waiter /Receptionist: Don’t worry about that Sir/Maam. I’ll just check it in our system. For confirmation,
you are Mr/Ms. ____.
Waiter /Receptionist: And may I ask if the booking name of the hotel is under your name Sir/Maam?
CUSTOMER: Absolutely.
Waiter /Receptionist: Thank you. Now, May I inquire what type of meal you are in the mood for today?
We have a wide selection of appetizers, soups, salads, main courses, desserts and beverages on the
menu that is placed on your bedside table.
CUSTOMER: I’m not fully hungry. Can you recommend some salad for me?
Waiter /Receptionist: Certainly! For the salad I recommend our unique Zesty Mango Crunch, it is a green
mango salad topped with danggit or dried fish flakes with vinaigrette on the side. For something more
filling, I would recommend the Ceasar Salad with Adobo Dressing.
Waiter /Receptionist: Ok, I’ll take note of that. Would you like to add a beverage, perhaps a refreshing
juice or water?
Waiter /Receptionist: And to complete your meal? How about a dessert Sir/Maam? We have our own
Chocnut Mousse that is made of Filipino Chocnut candy.
Waiter /Receptionist: Excellent choice. To confirm, your order will consist of a Zesty Mango Crunch
salad, Chocnut Mousse and a bottle of sparkling water.
Waiter /Receptionist: Ok Sir/Maam How would you like to settle your bill? Would you prefer to pay in
cash or have it charged to your room?
CUSTOMER: Charged it to my room bill
Waiter /Receptionist: Ok, Thank you very much for your order. It will be delivered to your room in
approximately 30 minutes. Should you need any further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us. We
hope you enjoy your meal
Waiter /Receptionist: Good Morning, Mr./Ms. ___. I hope you’re doing well today. I have your order
from Room Service. May I come in?
CUSTOMER: Sure!
Waiter /Receptionist: Excuse me Sir/Maam your food is ready and it includes your zesty mango salad,
chocnut mousse and sparkling water. Would you need anything else at this time?

Service at any time. We’ll be happy to assist you
