Subject: FSG – S2 Pick Line Replacement

Summary: To reduce service costs requests for lower level parts have been reviewed if you
are confident a Pick issue is down to a fault in the Pick Line it can now be replaced
instead of the whole Pick. Below information shows how to remove an S2 Pick
Line (445-0756284) replacement is reverse of removal.

Information:

1. Disconnect & remove the Quad CIC PCB


2. Remove screw and Pick Line Retainer

3. Remove the grey Snap Gear using a gear


puller or carefully with large screwdriver
4. Unscrew solenoid from frame then disconnect
vacuum tube from Pick Line

5. Lift the Pick Line and remove the Pick Line Hub from the frame, angle the Pick Line into the Pick
and remove as shown
