UNLOCK THE SECRETS OF

FACELESS CHANNELS
A NO-NONSENSE GUIDE TO
SUCCESS

FARFROMWEAK
WELCOME TO THE WORLD
OF FACELESS AUTOMATION
This is the best Free Guide you will ever find.

And we're about to explore how to get started,

create content and grow your audience on YouTube.
So you can monetize the attention economy. (EVEN
AS A COMPLETE BEGINNER.)

But before we get started..

WHAT ARE FACELESS CHANNELS ??

Faceless Youtube channels are simple. Most likely,

you have already watched videos from such
YouTube channels yourself. (Aside from
FarFromWeak)

Think of 'Top 10 Travel Destinations' or '15 Steps to

Get Rich.' Or maybe you’ve seen popular
motivational channels. (Or documentaries)

These videos are created using existing content

(movie clips, anime clips)

So you don’t have to record anything yourself.

Anyone with a laptop and an internet connection
can start a faceless YouTube channel.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THIS UNIQUE
EARNING MODEL?
Scalability: With Faceless automation, you can
manage Multiple channels at the same time, all
bringing in revenue.
Anonymity: You don't forsake your privacy.
No Headache: You don’t initially need to register a
business or documental work like with other
businesses.
Evergreen: Once a video is online, it can always
make money, creating passive income.
And there are unlimited amount of niches and sub-
niches to make money in.

Location freedom:
Work from anywhere in the world—location
independence.
IMAGINE :
Having a faceless YouTube empire that brings in
consistent income while you live life on your terms.

No technical editing skills, no endless hours behind

the computer.

Just time and location freedom, even if you're a

complete beginner.

This e-book is not filled with fluff or empty promises.

It’s a masterclass, straight to the point, packed with
everything I’ve learned about YouTube automation
so you can replicate my success.

I’ve spent years perfecting this system, and now I’m

laying it all out for you.

Before we dive in, there’s one

thing we need to address:
The Lie Holding You Back:
A lot of people convince themselves YouTube isn’t
for them. They think they need some kind of
technical computer skills or fancy equipment, and
talk themselves out of even trying.

Let me be clear, that’s pathetic cope.

I can’t edit. I don’t use Photoshop. I don’t even

produce the content myself. Yet I’ve built wildly
successful faceless YouTube channels. Why?

Because I understand something crucial:

Anything you CAN'T do, CAN be outsourced to
someone who can, or even automated with AI.

YouTube automation is NOT about creating

everything yourself. It’s about mastering delegation,
not content creation.

So the next time you cope and tell yourself Youtube

isn't for you, you may as well delete the app and
never return. If YouTube isn’t for you, then you
shouldn’t be a mindless consumer either.

Now that we’ve cleared that up, It's time for the
GEMS:

(You’ll find valuable resources throughout this guide. They are listed at
the end, so you can easily access them once you’ve finished reading.)
Step 1: The Most Overlooked Key to
Success..

The first step isn't finding the right niche, finding an

editor or using AI to go viral.

No.

Step 1 is making sure you have the right mentality:

A winners mentality.

I know most people roll their eyes when they hear

about mindset. They want to skip to the practical
stuff, the hacks, the shortcuts.

But if you skip this, you are destined to FAIL.

Here’s why:

96% of people who start faceless channels have a loser’s

mentality.

They only care about views and making money. They

pump out garbage content, hoping to strike gold, but
they never do.

A loser’s mentality is all about cutting corners and

chasing short-term gains. It’s someone who doesn’t care
about their audience. (Fast cash, zero regard for quality.)

Here’s what those FOOLS don’t understand:

In order to truly succeed, you must understand the
ultimate paradox:

''To become a master, you have to become a servant.''

You have to serve your audience with real value. Even

if your content is purely entertainment, it still needs
to provide quality.

Money is a value exchange. If you’re not providing

value, you’ll never build something sustainable.

A winner’s mentality is focused on deeply

understanding your viewer, who they are, what they
care about, and how to give them that value in every
piece of content you make.

It’s the same reason my channels have exploded

while countless others in the same niche have failed.
My competitors just wanted views. I wanted to
provide real value to my people, and that’s what set
me apart.

So, if you want to win, you need to shift your mindset

from "How can I make money?" to "How can I create
the best content for my audience?"
Step 2: Four Terms

There are four Basic terms that come back time and time
again on YouTube.
These 4 terms can help you understand your channel's
performance.

The four terms are:

CTR (Click-Through Rate): The percentage of people who

clicked on your video after seeing the thumbnail. A higher
CTR means your thumbnail and title are engaging.

AVD (Average View Duration): The average amount of time

viewers spend watching your video. A high AVD signals that
your content is keeping viewers engaged.

CPM (Cost Per Mille): CPM is how much advertisers are willing
to pay for every 1,000 views on your video. Think of it like a
price tag, some videos are in "high-demand neighborhoods"
(like finance or tech) and advertisers will pay more to show
ads there.

RPM (Revenue Per Mille): RPM is what YOU actually take

home for every 1,000 views. Think of it as your paycheck after
YouTube takes its cut. It’s not just ad money—if you earn from
memberships, Super Chats, or other sources, that adds to
your RPM too.

Now,

Don’t worry if you don’t remember these terms right away,

Because they are actually highly overrated...

Here’s why:
Understanding human Psychology is 100x important than
being a nerd focusing on singular metrics.

Think about it,

Anyone that went viral consistently, is a master of psychology.

Take Andrew Tate or Donald Trump...

These men understand exactly who they’re speaking to, how

to speak to them, and how to evoke emotions that make
people take action.

They don’t waste time geeking out over analytics or obsessing

over a single metric.

No.

They focus on understanding people. And when you master

that, you’re not just creating content, you’re printing money.

This same principle applies to faceless YouTube channels.

Most "YouTube experts" will try to overwhelm you with jargon

and technical nonsense, acting like that’s the secret to
success.

But I’m not here to waste your time. Forget the metrics.
Focus on capturing attention, keeping attention, and building
loyalty. (Human psychology.)

Do that, and the world lies at your feet. The YouTube nerd
stuff? That’s secondary..
Step 3: Picking the Right Niche

The niche you choose is one of the most important

decisions you’ll make.

It determines the potential of your channel, how

easily you can grow, and ultimately, how much you
can earn.

The Golden Rule: There Must Be Demand

Before you dive into creating content, you need to

ensure there’s demand for your niche.

No matter how passionate or knowledgeable you

are about ‘’eating pizza?’’
if people aren’t interested in your topic, it won’t get
you far.

Luckily, I’ve developed a simple but powerful

technique to check if there’s real demand in any
niche.

THE SECRET FILTER METHOD:

Here’s how it works:

1. Look up a topic or niche on YouTube. For example,

search for "Stoicism''

2. Filter the results by views and then by this month.

This will show you the most popular videos in the last 30
days.

3. Look for smaller channels, specifically those with

under 200K subscribers, ideally under 100K subs.
These smaller channels are key because they don’t have
massive existing audiences to rely on for views. If they’re
getting high views despite their smaller size, it’s a sign
there’s real demand in that niche.

4. Pay attention to the view counts. If you see a small

channel with 5K subscribers getting 100K views in the
last month, that’s a goldmine. It means this small
channel is hitting a nerve and capitalizing on an in-
demand topic, Even better, if the channel was created
within the last year, that’s a sign the niche is very recent
and highly relevant right now.

5. Repeat this with different topics. Try looking up niches

like “Stoicism,” “MMA,” ''Anime theories'' or whatever else
you’re interested in. Use the same method, and soon
you’ll have a list of small but successful channels that
are thriving in those niches.

6. Make a list of these small channels. Now you’ve got a

list of proven, interesting niches. You can dig deeper into
any of them and find one that fits your interests and
goals.
Examples of Good Niche:

Do you see it?

I looked up Stoicism.
Filtered by ‘’This month’’ & ‘’View count’’

And there are small channels getting 200K-300K views 1-2

weeks ago. (VERY HEALTHY NICHE)

These guys are making money:

Quick Tip: Using to Check
Subscriber Count

To make your niche research even easier, you can use a

free tool called VidIQ.

Here’s a 1 minute tutorial:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?
v=HdHNdYv8EEk

With VidIQ’s Chrome extension, you can see the subscriber

count of any channel directly on YouTube for free.

Install the VidIQ Chrome extension.

When you search for a topic on YouTube, VidIQ will

automatically display the subscriber count next to each
channel name in the search results.
This way, you can quickly identify smaller channels with high
view counts, without needing to click on every video.

(You don't Need this extra tool, but it's free and it helps.)

VIDIQ Shows The

Subscriber count:
Picking the Right Niche for You

Now That you know how to identify niches with

strong demand by following the Secret filter
method, the next step is to find out which niche is
right for you.

While demand is crucial, you also need to choose a

niche that you can consistently create content for.
It’s not just about what’s popular, it’s about finding a
balance between what interests you and where
there’s opportunity.

Let me show you how to make that decision:

1. Make a List of Your Interests

Grab a piece of paper or open a Word document,
and write down at least 5 topics you’re genuinely
interested in or passionate about. These can be
hobbies, personal interests, or things you naturally
enjoy talking about.

For example:

MMA
Supercars
Bodybuilding
Dragon Ball Z
Videogames
Eating pizza
2. Cross-Check Demand

Now that you’ve got your list of interests, it’s time to

cross-check each one for demand.

Using the technique we just covered, see if small

channels are getting good views in these niches. (In
recent months)

If you only find big channels in your niche, it's wise to

reconsider that niche, or find a subniche within that
niche. Because otherwise you're like a Goldfish
competing against whales and sharks.

They would devour you.

You see,

Because big channels have a natural advantage due to

their audience.

+ They have the resources to outcompete you.

Don’t take on sharks.

Use THE SECRET FILTER METHOD to find active smaller

channels OR Do a Sub-Niche if there are ONLY Big
channels in your niche.
In other words,

It is unwise to against huge channels like

FarFromWeak.

1. There are thousands of other profitable niches

out there. And by just looking at self
improvement/masculinity, You limit yourself.
2. You’re competing against an established channel
with a loyal audience.

Instead, find a different niche OR do a subniche.

Here’s some
Sub-niches:
Examples of sub-niches:

Self-improvement > Easy, Actually

Masculinity>Stoicism
Murder investigations > Cave Deaths
Gaming > Pokémon competitive strategies
Dragon Ball Z > What if ... happened (Theories)

By narrowing your focus, you can target a more

specific audience, making it easier to stand out and
build authority in your niche.

You can look up the above subniches on Youtube

and you will find potential to make money.

PS. This channel reached nearly 1 million subs with

only 10 videos.
3. Evaluate Your Knowledge and Passion

Once you’ve narrowed down a few niches with demand,

ask yourself:

Can I create content on this topic consistently?

Do I have enough interest and knowledge in this niche
to keep going long-term?
Remember, YouTube is a long game, so you want to pick
a niche you won’t get bored of or burn out on after a few
videos.

4. Find the Balance Between Passion and

Profit

Most people get caught up in chasing high CPM (high

paying niches) from the start.

Do not obsess over it in the beginning. As a beginner, it’s

100x better to choose a niche where you already have a
natural advantage, whether it’s knowledge, experience,
or simply something you enjoy talking about.

By choosing a niche you’re passionate about/have

expertise in, you’ll have an advantage over others, you'll
develop the necessary skills, build momentum, and
create better content than them.
Once you’ve mastered the basics and grown your
channel, you can always shift into more profitable niches
later on.

The key is to start where you have an edge, develop your

content creation muscle, and then consider jumping
into higher-paying niches once you’ve honed your craft.

BONUS VIDEOS:

To help you get started, here are 2 bonus videos by one

of the coaches in my paid program (which is closed)
that can help you find your niche and start earning
income yourself:

BONUS VIDEO: How to Find Niches:

BONUS VIDEO 2: Ten Different Niche Ideas:

https://youtu.be/cr8TcGdEKAE
Step 4: Start your YouTube Channel

Once you've found a good niche, it's time to start your

YouTube channel.

(If you haven’t found a niche yet, go back to Step 3.)

Pick a Channel Name: Choose a name that fits your

niche.

Don’t overthink it,byou can always change your channel

name later, but use something that fits the niche.

Banner and Profile Picture: These aren’t as important as

most people think.

FarFromWeak has had the same profile picture and

banner since the very first video. Focus more on the
content and getting started.
Step 5: DEFINING YOUR AUDIENCE

Before you post anything, you have to know exactly who

you’re speaking to.

Because if you aim to speak to everyone, you end up

speaking to NO ONE.

Every single successful YouTuber knows exactly who

their audience is. Knowing your audience allows you to
create content that truly resonates and engages with
them.

For example, if you’re in the Anime niche, identify who

your average viewer would be.

Ask yourself:

What is your demographic? (age, gender, race, religion..)

Interests?
Pain points?
What sense of humor do they have?
What kind of language or lingo do they use?
The better you know your audience, the more personal
and relatable your content will feel to them.

The reason FarFromWeak videos hit home is because I

know exactly who I’m speaking to. I am not speaking to
a feminist or some lbtq clown.

You see...
I know and care about the man on the other side of the
screen, Because he is a younger version of me.

I’ve been that young man who made many mistakes,

so I understand my audience. If I was a female who
didn’t care about or understand the people I’m talking
to, my channel would FAIL, even with good quality
videos, thumbnails, etc.

Knowing who you’re speaking to trumps all.

If you struggle with this step, dive into the comment

section of videos in your niche to get a better
understanding of the people leaving comments.

But if you’ve picked a niche you’re knowledgeable about,

this step becomes much easier.
Step 6. Copycat Ninja.

Before diving into content creation, let’s address the

most important question: What kind of content are you
planning to make?

Here’s where 99% of beginners mess up: they create

content they think is good.

They get overly creative and craft something that, quite

💩
frankly, no one cares about (and = shit )

This is the wrong approach.

The right approach? Become a Copycat Ninja.

Study your competitors. Look at what’s working in your

niche,
the videos getting views, the content people actually
engage with,

And copy it shamelessly.

Don’t waste time reinventing the wheel.

Your competitors have already done the hard work of

figuring out what resonates with the audience. Take
advantage of their research and reverse-engineer their
success.

The Reality is: Your originality doesn’t matter when

you’re starting out.
Here’s why:
Your originality and creativity are worthless crap...if you
haven’t mastered the basics yet.

Your first priority = mastering the basics. Copy your

competitors.
Prove to yourself that you can do exactly what they are
doing..

If it’s working for them, it’ll work for you.

SO COPY THEM.

Then, do it slightly better than them.

Once you’ve matched your competitors and gained a

few thousand subscribers and consistent views,

Then and only then should you start injecting your

unique flavor into your content.

By that point, you’ll already have a proven formula to

build on. You understand the game.

Now, If you understand these six steps and are ready to

become a Copycat Ninja, the next question is this:

“How do I actually create the content?”

That’s what we’ll cover in the next step.

Step 7. Content Creation

It's finally time to get started with content creation.

(And No. You DO NOT need to have elite content

creation skills, My editing skills are garbage at best.)

This step goes quite deep, so pay attention.

When it comes to your content , there are 4 key factors:

1. The script
2. The voice over.
3. Video editing
4. Thumbnail.

These 4 are all crucial. Miss 1 of them and the video falls
apart.

Now, when it comes to the content creation you can do

it all yourself...

You can also do a few things yourself, and outsource the

rest.

Or you can outsource everything.

Think about it.

You could write a script yourself.

You could use Chatgpt to help write your scrips
Or you can find a scriptwriter (On sites like Uppwork and
fiverr)
The same goes for your Voice over.

If you have a good voice and a passion or your niche, you

could get a microphone and do the voice overs yourself.

Here's an MMA channel that does this quite well:

https://www.youtube.com/@TheW
easleMMA

However, you could also have AI do your voice overs for

you. (For free)

Here are some videos on how to do that:

Or you could find someone to do the voice overs for you.

(Uppwork, Fiverr)

Now, the same also applies to video editing and

thumbnail creation.
You could easily do it yourself with Free and simple
programs like: Canva

Or you could find someone to do it for you for very

cheap.

People from India and other third world countries will

edit your videos for you for pennies.

(Fiverr, Uppwork, Discord servers for editors)

As I said, you can either do it all yourself, partially

yourself, or outsource everything...
Most beginners outsource too early.
And as a result, their content turns into garbage.

This ties back to step #1. Have a winners mindset.

AKA, make valuable content.

You are the captain of the ship. YOU are the one that
needs to make the puzzle pieces fit together.

Even if you outsource everything.

You can't expect a random Indian from Fiverr to edit

your video perfectly,

AI to write your script perfectly and some random artist

to make the perfect thumbnail, while you sit back and
wait for perfection.

That’s not what leadership is.

Leadership means taking ownership. It’s your job to

guide, refine, and ensure every piece of the puzzle aligns
with your vision.

Outsourcing is a tool, not a shortcut. The end product is

only as good as the effort you put into steering the team
behind it.

Now, I covered quite some sources already. Don't worry

about them too much.
At the end of the E-book you will find all the sources
listed again.

For now, we will dive deeper into the actual secrets...

We will dive deeper into the 4 keys of content creation
(script, voice over, editing & thumbnail.)

Key 1. Script. When it comes to writing your script, the

most critical rule is this: Speak directly to your target
avatar. (As we discussed in Step 5.)

Address your audience in the "you" form. Make it

personal. Speak to one person, not a crowd.

Anyone online who start their videos with generic

phrases like “hey guys” is making a rookie mistake.

They instantly strip away the personal connection with

their audience.

Utter novices.

A connection is built when your viewer feels like you’re

talking directly to them.

(Again, this is what people like Andrew Tate, Iman

Gadzhi and other influencers understand very well.)

Once you’ve written your script, take the time to read it

back from the perspective of your target avatar. Ask
yourself:

Does it grab his attention right from the start?

Does it hold his interest all the way through?
Most importantly, does it evoke emotion?
If your script doesn’t make your viewer feel something,
whether it’s excitement, anger, curiosity, or inspiration,
you are LOSING them.

This is why I said all the other metrics are overhyped.

You are dealing with humans here..

So use psychology and human emotions.

Great scripts aren’t just information, they’re

transformation. They take your viewer on a journey, one
where they feel like their life will improve if they just
keep watching.

On top of that, you must always start with a strong intro.

Be polarizing.
Don't be afraid to be controversial or get hate.

Ready for the next key..?

Key 2. Voice over
If you use AI as a voice over, things could become tough.
Because it can become impersonal.

This is not to say that it can't work. But you can put
yourself in a disadvantage.

Imagine the president having to give a speech, and he

decides to use AI to do it for him.
People would zone out and lose attention.

Wether with AI, your on voice or with a voice artist.. You

must keep it personal.
Evoked emotions.. catchphrases..

This, just like the secret in scripts is not something that

is visible to the naked eye.
People can't SEE it like an edited video or thumbnail.

But often, the invisible is more important than what the

naked eye can see.

Go over these 2 steps again if you have to.

For now, let’s move to the Third Key:

Key 3. Video editing.

My editor has made a Free FFW EDIT Guide for you:

https://youtu.be/4oFcn6W6oiI

But the key thing to understand is that it's NOT about

having the best possible editing. There are many
competitors that have better editing than my channels.

It's about having editing that WORKS for your audience.

On top of that, it's about not losing their attention.

People have very short attention spans nowadays. You

could give them the cure to cancer, but if your video is
too boring, they will scroll and watch some other videos.

Listen.

I want you to notice the invisible pattern in these 3 keys.

The secret is to make them all allign with your target

avatar.

The script, the voice over and your video editing.

It needs to speak to their soul.
It doesn't matter if you have a channel about MMA, self
improvement or entertainment. Whatever you
demographic is, your content needs to be tailored for
that person.

I could repeat this point 500 times over:

You will outperform 99% of YouTube NERDS if you

simply understand WHO you are speaking to and some
basic psychology.

I cannot edit. Nor do I focus on the little metrics.

I am simply good at placing myself in the shoes of the

person I am speaking to.

I can relate to him.

And so, I know how to get him to listen.

Again, if you understand what I just said, you will

dominate any social media platform.

You might want to go back over the 3 keys.

For now, we’ll move to the Final key:
Key 4. Thumbnails. (PACKAGING)

The last part of your content is the way you Package

your content. (Title + thumbnail)

Listen. Your Packaging is 40% of EVERYTHING.

Just like how people would zone out from a Cure to

Cancer video if the video is too boring/impersonal,

They would not even click on the video in the first place
if the Packaging is not appealing.

Think about it,

No matter how good a book is, if it doesn't have a cover

people will not even notice it.

I put 2 orange books next to each other,

Which would you be more likely to read?

The book on the left might be life changing..

But no one will ever give a crap.

The same thing applies to your Thumbnails/titles:

The main thing you need to understand about
packaging is it’s PURE psychology.

Your objective is to have a title that draws people in.

(You can copy your competitor successful video titles
also)

Then back the Title up with a thumbnail that creates

something called a Curiosity gap.
(A curiosity gap = question marks being raised.)

You might not be aware of it, but most of the videos you
click on have a curiosity gap in the thumbnail.

They STEAL your attention with curiosity.

Meaning that something doesn't make sense or some

question isn't being answered completely in the
thumbnail.

Or perhaps something unbelievable is going on..

The idea is that you HAVE to click on your video to get

rid of that feeling of curiosity.

Below I've added images of Great packing here.

Try and see if you can spot the curiosity gap:

READY?? GO:
If you missed it, the thumbnails are ALL suggesting
something wild, while creating curiosity.

First Thumbnail = Mario looking evil.

This In combination with the title= suggesting that
Nintendo has done something heinous.

Second thumbnail:
Using populair guru’s face and suggesting they may
have gotten murdered.

Third thumbnail: Suggesting a women has been

showing her body parts to seduce a police officer. (+
suggesting you may see more if you click the video.)

Fourth thumbnail:
Suggesting Bill Gates = Evil.

If you actually go back and look at the thumbnails you

will see through the psychological game they’re playing
to draw you in.

However, in the heat of the moment, when people are

scrolling social media.. They Don’t Think.

Their monkey brain makes them click before they even

realize what happened.

This is what makes it so easy to go viral on social media..

(You will find 2 Bonus videos on Thumbnail psychology

at the end of this e-book)
Now,

It might take some practise for you to fully master the

psychology packaging.

So I will give you another Very useful tool for packaging:

https://thumbnailpreview.com

On this website you can upload an image, any image.

And write a title.

Then, it shows your thumbnail as if your video = on the

YouTube homepage.

And you can compare it with other thumbnails. This way

you can see right away if your thumbnail jumps out or
not.

Here's an example of me using Thumbnailpreview.com:

In the example above, I posted one of my thumbnails on
the Tester website.

And you may have noticed, it jumped out quite well.

You see,

When someone is mindlessly scrolling the homepage,

your thumbnail needs to jump out immediately.

Bright enough to catch their eye (most ppl are on YT

Dark Mode)

The moment you caught there eye is where the curiosity

gap comes in.

If your thumbnail and title create enough mystery, it

should almost bother them until they click. That’s the
power of effective packaging.

(In my example the curiosity gap was Kratos with huge

balls.)

Listen.

I could have filled this guide with meaningless info.

Like what time to upload your video,

Or a thumbnail tutorial (There’s 1001 of them on

Youtube)

The reason why I don’t?...

Because all that fluff can be found on YouTube for free.
And it doesn't make the difference.

If it did, all the best editors and thumbnail artists would

have successful YouTube channels.

But they don't.

You see,

Psychology is the real secret in this guide..

Whatever faceless channel you decide to start, whatever

niche you choose, remember this:

Know who you are speaking to. Create the right content
for that person.

Understand psychology on the deepest of levels.

That’s how you make bank with social media.

If you follow the steps in this guide, digest what I’ve

shared, and most importantly, take action, you will
succeed.

So let's talk about making money:

10 Different ways to monetize your audience.

People always think YouTube is just about getting paid

for views.
But honestly, that’s a novice thought process.

In reality, there are over 10 different ways to monetize

your audience, and most of them can earn you far more
than just ad revenue.

1. Ad revenue.
This is the most common way to earn on YouTube.
YouTube places ads on your videos, and you get a share
of the revenue based on views and clicks.

2. Sponsorship deals.
Companies will pay you to promote their products in
your videos. Just add an email to your channel’s "About"
page, and you’ll start getting offers once your channel
grows.

3. Paid community.
Build an exclusive community where your audience pays
for access to extra value, like live Q&As, private forums,
or advanced tips. (Think Discord Patreon or Skool.)

4. Paid products (Courses, E-books)

Once you establish authority, you can create and sell
digital products like courses or guides. This has one of
the highest profit margins.
5. Merchandising: Sell branded T-shirts, mugs, or other
merchandise to your fans. This works best for channels
with a strong identity or catchphrases.

6. Donations: Platforms like YouTube’s "Super Thanks"

or external tools like Ko-fi or PayPal allow fans to
support you directly.

7. Consulting or Services: Use your expertise to offer 1-

on-1 consulting, coaching, or other services. For example,
if your channel focuses on fitness, you could offer
personalized training plans.

8. Selling Your Channel: If you’ve built a successful

channel but want to move on, you can sell it for a lump
sum. Buyers look for monetized channels with active
audiences.

9. Affiliate marketing.
Promote products or services with affiliate links. When
viewers make a purchase through your link, you earn a
commission. Without you ever having to create the
product or service yourself.

10. YouTube Memberships: YouTube lets you create a

subscription option directly on your channel, where fans
can support you for perks like exclusive content or
badges.
The Bottom Line:
There’s more to YouTube than views and ad revenue. The
real money is in understanding your audience, building
trust, and offering them value in ways that extend
beyond your videos.

As you’ve seen in this guide, success doesn’t require

advanced skills or expensive tools.

it requires focus, consistency, and the willingness to take

action.

FAQ:
Q: How much money can I realistically make with
faceless channels?
A: The sky's the limit. Your earnings depend on factors
like niche, consistency, and how effectively you
monetize. Channels can start with a few hundred
dollars a month and scale to hundreds of thousands.

Q: What’s the best niche for beginners?

A: Start with something you’re genuinely interested in
or knowledgeable about. Combine that with demand
research (see Step 3) to find a niche that’s both
enjoyable and profitable.

Q: How much time does it take to succeed?

A: It varies. Some channels grow within months, while
others take longer. Focus on consistent quality and
understanding your audience, success will follow.

Q: Can I start with no money?

A. Yes. Many tools like Canva, Elevenlabs, and basic
editing softwares can get you started.

Q: What time should I upload videos?

A: This is not too important but just copy your
competitors. They've went through the trouble of
figuring out when your demographic is most active.
