III. Procedure:
A. Review:
The teacher will let the students answer the questions found in What’s In on page
3.
B. Motivation:
The teacher will let the students enumerate their favorite brand of
different products they are using like: Shampoo, lotion, deodorant, clothing,
gadgets and others.
C. Presentation:
The teacher let the students answer the questions found in What’s New
on page 3.
D. Analysis/Discussion:
1.The teacher let the students read Information Sheet 1 to 3 found in
What’s In on page 4 to 13.
2. Let the students enumerate the importance of marketing mix in the
development of marketing strategy.
3. The teacher let the students explain each marketing mix and give
example each marketing mix.
E. Abstraction/Generalization:
1. Why are brand names important?
2. Do you think that the slight price decrease could significantly
increase the market share of a certain product? Why?
